Worst service.. I never write a review, but the last few times we have tried this particular location, the drive thru line never moved. We went inside and stood there for 15 minutes and nobody approached to take our order. After asking for help, they kept saying they would be with us. We left and went to another location. It was quite ridiculous.
I’m not a real fast food person but I like to get things for my pts. in the morning for breakfast. This location never opens on time, nor do they make customers aware. When you do get someone to actually take your order it seems like the blind leading the blind. Customer service is very important as well as the quality of the food, is not projected here. Cooperate definitely needs to send reinforcement to location, as well as a training program. The hospitality/food industry is not what it use to be.
Unfortunately, most of the staff at this location do not speak English, so it's hard to communicate a lot of the time. The manager does her best, but sometimes, the orders get confused. If you eat inside, it can be a better experience than the drive-thru, which is always a long line.
I went through the drive through for soft drinks only (no food.) Took advantage of $1 beverages, any size. Service was polite and fast during the lunch rush.
I ordered via the mobile app. The guy couldn't seem to find my order, when he finally found it, it took forever to get my order. I ordered a big breakfast which is Eggs, Hotcakes, Biscuit, Hashbrown, Sausage. Well there was no hashbrown included nor were there hotcakes, but they were kind enough to give me the syrup. I guess I was supposed to down the syrup like a shot since they gave me nothing to pour it on.
There was a teenage employee that was going to eat a burger that was made wrong so it had been sitting there too long to be sold .. the manager said it was ok. As he was going to eat it on his lunch break the owner made him throw it in the trash since he didn't want to pay for it... the boy explained it wasn't aloud to be sold but the owner didn't care and made him throw away the food. Absolutely disgusting.
Can't complain it's McDonalds Its Fast Food w/ Jr High &/or High School running the show. I get wrong order often here and think they need more training on the new 2 lane drive thru. It seems to cause them more and time. I am pretty sure it was intended for a speedier service.. Quality of food is good still though.
Standard good service. Food is typical. Must say you want hot crispy fries made to order. I wish they had legit healthier options. But, this is one of the good McDs
It was good got a quarter pounder with cheese and a side of fries with sprite. The service and food is good if you don’t like cheap food this isn’t for you but it was good
We order burgers and all we got ketchup, bun and cheese .. no meat.Who runs this place? We do not expect much but at least give us some meat.
