Okay, let's be objective. We'll start with the positives. The chicken is moist, the crust is good but lacks seasoning. It has a sweet taste to it. A bit pricey, and you would think some sides would be included to offset the cost. If you want to try some very good fried chicken, go to the Shrine of Czestochowa on Sunday after mass. Their fried chicken is far better . I wont be coming back again.

Clean, friendly healthy. Fresh food, nicely seasoned. Next time, popcorn chicken!

Employees were super kind. May just not be my type of fried chicken. The picture of fried chicken, not on a sandwich, appear much crispier than what we received on other reviews.Nashville chicken hot sandwich really has not much to it. The fried pickles were just not good at all. But others seem to enjoy the food.

Gluten free mac an cheese was yummy---if I ever received it. My first order from Lovebird was a disaster--it never arrived. The staff were kind and accommodating. I figured it was probably not their fault (heads up, they use an outside delivery service but do not share that on the app), so I gave them another shot. The second order was mediocre. The mac and cheese was yummy. The chicken was cold and the sauces were forgotten. I still decided to given them another chance. My third try led to a completely incorrect order--someone else's order entirely, although my name and order contents were stapled to the outside of the bag. I called, and they were kind, but did not refund the "stars" that I had used for part of the order as they said they would. I also did not have lunch that day, as I was unable to eat what had been delivered. Today was my last attempt. My order arrived on time. The popcorn chicken was warm and the sauces were there. However, a handwritten note that they did not have the mac and cheese available was in my bag. No phone call, no email--no prior notification. They substituted more chicken, which was useless. No refund offered, and no one answered the phone this time. I can imagine the food must be delicious in-house, but I highly recommend against ordering for takeout or delivery.

I'm still trying to figure out why this place exists. Went to the new Blue Bell location, let's give it a try. The special Nashville Hot chicken sandwich tastes nothing like Nashville chicken. Lovebird features a dry, bland piece of chewy chicken breast with a bit of slaw and a dab of sauce on a doughy bun. I had three bites, hoping in vain that it would get better before tossing it out. "Cage-free, no hormones," etc is only a factor if the food is something you'll want to eat. There are already 7 places to get a chicken sandwich, EVERY one better than this thing. Except they are $4 or $5., this place is $10.50 -- $20. if you want fries and a soda with it! Ten (or $20.) could be fine if the chicken sandwich is to die for. Seems like the WHOLE story here is antibiotics and no-cages because the product, unfortunately, is inedible.

Let me preface with saying I’ve ordered from Lovebird several times without any issues besides long wait times. Placed an online order for a Southwest salad. As you can see, the picture on the website of the salad shows it has chicken. When I got it, it didn’t have any chicken in it. I called about it, the person who answered the phone had zero patience for me, and began to raise her voice to pass me off to her manager, Destiny. Destiny told me that I would have to add chicken to the salad as not everyone wants chicken and admitted that the picture is misleading. Even with admitting that it was misleading, Destiny never offered to make it right. You lost a local customer.

Was in the area while visiting the museums, lovebird popped up in my search for lunch spots nearby. I ordered a Caesar salad with fried chicken pieces. It was fairly busy, as it was midday and the lunch rush was coming through. the wait time was fine, about ten minutes or so. I got my order, It was fresh and delicious, so good. Will definitely stop by again.

How can you NOT put the chicken in a chicken sandwich? Literally the basic tenants of why you're doing the business you're in. Luckily, we went somewhere close to eat it and lo and behold, it's not in there. My wife has celiac which is why we put up with the 13 dollar chicken sandwich. As this isn't the first time we've had a snafu, I'm writing this one off. This is basics. You do chicken and chicken sandwiches. If you can't make a chicken sandwich with chicken in it every single time, then it's not worth the price or the drive.

Shocked at the HORRIBLE customer service we just received. We ordered for a 4:45 pick-up time. We arrived at 4:43 for the pick-up. We were told that they "gave away" our food to other people, and if we didn't want what they had lying around for a different order for us, and if we wanted the food that we ordered, we'd have to wait 20 minutes while they remade our order. This was from the female MANAGER. No apology, no explanation, just bewildering maltreatment. This place was never great, just okay, but we would order from here from time to time. We know the food probably isn't going to be ready on time, or that it will be the correct order with all sauces included, but we're patient people. This mistreatment is unacceptable, and frankly, unbelievable.

The signature sandwich and coleslaw were good. The Mac & Cheese looked promising but was dry and bland. It seems like they may have changed the recipe recently since my version had penne pasta. It probably didn’t help that the cardboard takeout container soaked up all the moisture/fat. The popcorn chicken was a nice portion size but also a little dry.
