The lobster roll was good, fresh and clean taste, not too much mayo. It's on a potato roll not a split top. We bought some of the lobster salad to go because we liked it on the roll. Maryland crab cake was ok, but on salty side. Bay fries were much too salty for our taste. Service was good, friendly staff. Will return for lobster.
My family, 2 kids and my wife, stopped in yesterday between errands. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was fantastic. The Bay Fries were absolutely awesome.Looking forward to making this a regular haunt.
Tonight we had dinner here for the first time and the food was phenomenal. We were greeted by the new owners Andrea and Paul. My wife and I both each got a lobster roll and agreed it was the best lobster roll we ever had outside of Cape Cod. The lobster was fresh with good size chunks, with the perfect amount of mayo and seasoning on a perfect lightly toasted roll. We also shared the coconut shrimp that was probably the best we've ever had, it was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I love how old school the restaurant is it reminded me of my youth days in Philly and growing up to similar type of restaurants in the city. We will definitely be back again to try the other amazing offerings and we are looking forward to see what the new owners have planned for this amazing establishment.
One of my most favorite places to go to. The food is very fresh and taste amazing. Entire staff is very welcoming. I love this place.
Broiled Maryland crab cake, fried mushrooms and carrot cake are excellent. The New England clam chowder is fantastic and we live their crab bisque. Excellent food and very friendly owners.
We dined there for years at the Claw, but fell off. During the lock down we ventured out, but not satisfied. Recently I said to my wife, let's do the Lobster Claw. We did and now we are back. Food there is always very good.
Fish sandwich is unbelievably good. Clam chowder is authentic too.
LOBSTER ROLLLLLLL. It's so delicious and it's so fresh. They don't skimp on the lobster. You won't leave disappointed! I also got a side of their potato salad, which was also delicious. My husband got the broiled scallops and those were amazing too! They deep fry everything fresh so it's not soggy. We ordered takeout and ate outside, and it was just perfect.
We didn’t like the butterfly shrimp and flounder. The butterfly shrimp has some kind of a smell.The fried mushroom is well done!The management is good, since we didn’t like the shrimp they didn’t charge us for that.
Stopped here for my birthday lobster roll!
