We chose Harper and Pennies for our anniversary dinner. A lovely experience from the service to the food. Our waitress was super nice and each dish was delicious and piping hot. A great experience in such a charming setting ?
Food is outstanding. Drinks are incredible. Charcuterie boards are perfect for date night and huge. Cant beat the mac n cheese and slider options.
One of those places that does a small menu but does it very well. Great choice of local beer and wine. There is a good mix of beer from local breweries.
Drinks are creative and all made with local spirits. Food was tasty and presented very nicely. Good variety of different types of foods and styles.
My wife and I had dinner here last night and everything was fantastic. We both had a special: I had the chicken and waffles and she had the flank steak wrap. Both were delicious and exceeded our expectations. The staff was great as well and their beer list is much better than expected. I tried a new Lager that was great and finished the evening with a Mad Elf. This is a great cozy little restaurant to check out if you're in Doylestown.
I had a business lunch this past Friday with a couple attorney's and decided on Harper and Penny's due to the location. I had eaten at the Pennsylvania Soup and Seafood House before so I was aware of this restaurant but never ate here. I am certainly glad I decided on this place. I was able to make a reservation using my Google Assistant (so easy to do) for the following day. Arrived a few minutes before the reservation and was seated right away. Our waitress was the Owner and did an excellent job of being attentive without being overbearing. The lemonade drink I had was OUTSTANDING as was the gin and tonic I tried. The food was excellent though they were out of the hummus, next time I'll get it. We did not try any of the desserts, I was too full. If you're in town looking for quality food and drinks, you gotta check this place out, you will not be disappointed!
We stopped by for lunch and really enjoyed everything we got. We got the hummus plate , fried chicken sandwich and their grilled cheese. We loved everything including their drinks. The waitress was so incredibly kind. We do wish that on the hummus platter the pita bread was warm but everything was fresh and delicious.

Such a great date night. Menu is always changing and always amazing. Seasonal cocktails and all local wine, beer and spirits. Great staff. We have been there several times and always a wonderful experience.
BEST fries I’ve ever had! Thanks for the amazing flavor combinations. I had the Brie and blueberry sliders! Their chef is a magician in the kitchen because seriously, my food was magical! LOVE this place!!!
