Every time we order, they forget something. Today, our 2 burrito bowls had 3 full bay leaves in them. Unacceptable. Don’t bother contacting their complaint line. They don’t listen to a word you say.

I went earlier this year and believe there must have been a management change. This location went from my weekly go to, to avoid at all costs. I was SO hoping my experience in Jan was a one-off but NOPE!Went through the line with my vegetarian bowl last Thursday (Jun 23, 2022) and was SO excited to sit and eat it when I got home only to crunch large salt granules, ends of vegetables (not ones you eat), in addition to chunks of cilantro that looked to be very past their expiration. I sorrowfully had to throw this massive salt lick, veg trash end bowl away and find something else to eat that night.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Food was cold even though we watched them put it in the containers and we didn't wait to take it with us. The woman that we believed was in charge was very grumpy and angry looking the entire 35 mins we waited past our pick up time. And they made a mess of the stuff going in the bag, so much so, I asked if they could clean up my queso container and full it up again since a lot leaked out into my bag of food, and the woman snapped at a younger boy worker to clean it up and he just threw it back into my bag without refilling. My husband likes the food here usually, so i decided to try it for the first time in about 10 years and I will not be going back. He can have it with his guys from work, I will not be jealous at all.

They messed up my order again. After I posted about the mess up last week , I was set a credit to reorder the order. So it was reordered tonight we should have the delivery order never came they kept sending me messages online that it was a pick up Order. What kind of business doesn't pick up their phone or so I could have resolved the issue earlier. Very disappointed customer.

Order number 2XD – 1AG I just picked up and got home and there are no chips in my bag and It says bag one of one. And my chicken is ice cold!

Horrible service…every single time we have ordered on line and picked up our order it has been incorrect!!! Tonight was only three meals one was a Pollo Asada burrito bowl which ended up having NO CHICKEN on it, second was a Pollo Asada burrito that had STEAK instead of Chicken on it. We drove from Quakertown to pick this up. Never ordering from Doylestown Chipotle again.

Love the crew here. They often deal with long lines (of which I've often been a part) but always do their best and are usually very good with order accuracy.

Don’t like putting out reviews, but I gave this location a lot of chances. The rice is always undercooked, every visit, I don’t know if it’s just my luck, but no one likes eating undercooked rice, it’s really off putting. Hey at least the quesadillas are great!

Terrible service and my order not completed. Failed to issue a refund. Sorry to say this particular Chipotle has terrible management. I usually goto the Warminster location and never have a problem. This is the second bad experience I’ve had at the Doylestown location and will never go again.

Went to pick up my order. Asked how long and they said 1015 minutes. After going back up and asking the old lady that seemed to be the manager. She couldnt find it. Once she found it i asked how much longer and got a roll of the eyes and in a rude tone said soon. God forbid you ask this old lady a questiln about an order she lost. She needs to be re trained especially in customer service.
