Applebee's is a chain and the food is always consistent. But the staff isn't always consistent from location to location. If I lived closer then 2 hours for this location I would come here over and over again. Our server was Anna H. We came in a little late, came into town for a graduation. Had my 5 year old and 6 adults with us. My 5 year old was tired from a long day of traveling and wasn't having any part in going out to eat. He was crying and yelling, we felt horrible. Thankfully it was late so the restaurant wasn't packed. But our server let me tell you. I wish all servers had the patients and understanding like she did. She didn't talk to him much she left him to himself, but she brought him an apple juice (without being asked), brought him gummy sharks, and French fries(without being asked). All of these things helped him perk up and we ended up having a very pleasant meal. She also told him towards the end that she was so proud of him for how he turned himself around. I honestly wanted to cry because most people don't and wouldn't take the time out to do things like this. If you see this Anna H, you are truly amazing and we thank you for everything you did for us and our little boy tonight!
Been seeing the catchy add for the Irresistabowls and finally gave in to their great marketing. Applebees used to be a more frequent option but they keep removing things from the menu. The nearest Applebee's to us is not terrible but also not the best if you are looking to grab a quick meal. After being seated it took a long time for a server to come get our order. Now, some of that is likely due to.staffing challenges but it has often been an issue at this particular location. I'm not saying dont go just be prepared to wait a bit. If you have somewhere to be (like the conveniently located movie theater), make sure you go early to give yourself enough time. Also, this restaurant chain has become increasingly unfriendly to vegetarians in recent times.
Enjoy coming here for the half off apps later at night. A major plus for us is that you can eat there up to 12am and they are quick to make your food. My favorites are the boneless wings and wonton tacos. Most of the staff is super friendly as well
Friendly staff. Part of our order was forgotten so the manager offered us a free appetizer for our next visit without us asking. Very appreciative.
Today I arrived with my family and I cooked beef and mashed potatoes and broccoli the meat was raw almost uncooked I ordered the broccoli with garlic and butter and they took me outside they didn't want to cook it together I had a bad experience I would never go back I hope

I am fully unsatisfied. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Applebees, the knives were dirty, the mugs filled with tea were also dirty. We also ordered a salad but they completely forgot about that order. Also we ordered the garlic green beans which were WAY too overcooked. We told them it was overcooked and they brought us new green beans but it was still the same thing. The waiter was very kind and respectful but he couldn't resolve the problem. Also all the food was too oily. Bad bad bad experience, wouldn’t recommend this location.
