I have never been to a fast food location where the people were absolutely the bottom of the barrel when it comes to F***ing stupid and rude. Whole orders consistently screwed up. How do you people beg for more money?? Learn how to do your job first ?‍♂️

Was passing through town and did not want to drive thru so we went in. That is, once we figured out HOW to get in. Then we stood at the counter only to be ignored so we just went and ordered at the kiosk (still not sure if you HAVE to do that or not..?) No communication or greeting whatsoever when we walked in. Barely a word to us except calling out name when the order was ready.The place was filthy inside, looked like a broom hadn't been used in months. Food was ok, but would NOT recommend based on service and cleanliness...

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all you have to make 7 turns to get into the place! Parking lot planning was very poor. I went inside because drive thru was packed. Stood at the register for several minutes waiting to order before someone told me I had to use the kiosk to order. Then the kiosk tells me I have to use a card, no cash. Are the people at the drive thru all using cards? I doubt it. I understand that employees are hard to find and you have to cut some corners, but if someone walks into your restaurant you should give them the same service as the drive thru.

Had the best service! They were very short-handed (I think only 2 guys working). The gentleman working the drive-thru window was awesome!! He was so friendly, even though you could clearly tell he was stressed and working really hard. I wish I would have gotten his name. I will definitely return.

ZERO Customer Service ... burger good but the staff or whoever controls their service is awful !!! Dine-In go to use soda dispenser, machine says out of diet coke, go to counter and told they will not dispense drink from to-go/kitchen dispenser and left to wait until someone decides to reset dining room machine .keep in mind the ONLY customer eating inside... SERIOUSLY ... how hard would it have been to give a paid customer their drink and then fixed the machine??? Oooh but lets give the 15-20 dollars an hour ... NO

Google Maps says you were open but when you pull up to the store there is a sign saying that the dining room is still closed. Please update this. It's very frustrating because you are not the most convenient store to get to. And if a person goes out of their way expecting to sit down be very frustrating. Thanks

Still cannot get an order correct for anything no matter how long, pathetic. Hamburger meat was not done, all red inside. These fast food places just keep getting worse and worse $30+ for that crap, never again!!

They complain about wanting more money. well maybe you should start by being friendly and polite. Also maybe you should try making the orders right. Every time I come here the people are miserable and just unprofessional and unfriendly. And they always mess my order up no matter how simple it is. And this goes for every Wendy's I've been to. Maybe before you start barking about wanting more money when you're not worth the money. Maybe you should try doing better.

Employees were really unpleasant tonight. I said thank you to the girl I paid and she didn’t say a word, then when I got my food they hurried up and shut the window after handing me it w/out me asking about the milk they forgot for my daughter’s kids meal. I called and spoke to the manager and all she had to say was an insincere “oh sorry”

Nothing great got my order wrong but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle myself. Lol it isnt hard to remove a pickles. Other than that very clean friendly.
