They treat their staff horrendously they expect them to run back and forth doing everything while getting little to no breaks and working long hours small budget for food and excessively understaffed with several rude employees that push the other staff around and this is just what I've seen while being in lobby would hate to see how they get treated when customers aren't in the store I feel bad for them Boone deserves to be ran ragged also some girl named Hayley r something like that tends to be rude to a lot of the staff yelling at them when they are doing things for not doing other things honestly disappointed in this establishment Orders end up wrong because they have people running all over instead of having things organized with people at each station
My significant other could not even eat his burger. Bacon was black, cheese must have sat out (the corners were dark & crunchy), & the burger itself had a terrible taste.Likewise, the chicken & bacon on my salad were both black. Horrible taste!The emoyee who brought the food out was not very friendly. She did not say a word & seemed irritated. She didn't even respond to our "thank yous."
I never go here because I honestly forget we have one unless I have a need for a frosty...Honestly though your chicken is pretty great and you have my favorite ranch. Your employees always look angry but I've also worked with the public so I get it.
It was terrible, burnt fries, sandwich that did dent even taste like a hamburger! Just an all around terrible meal
Toke 20 minutes from I enter to get to order my food and had to ask for my fry's after the kid handed the tray to me.
Food and service were very good. I do not care for the new decor or should I say lack of.

Just went through the drive-thru spent twenty bucks not one person greeted me not one person said thank you people there are rude probably one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to go to McDonald's
Would be 4 star but the girl manager with the hat makes it 5. She is super chill and gives the customers what they want
