I've never had a negative experience at a Starbucks, especially the products. This was a negative experience with the staff and manager in general.They were training a new person and no one was shadowing her. Eight people work, not a single person helping her. She was struggling trying to make drinks, she would ask questions and people would walk right by.I get they are busy, but the longer it takes to train someone properly, the longer it takes for that person to become an asset. Take the time and train them right. Put one person with her and do the job right.
Love this location & it is right up the road from me. Staff are always friendly:)

Shoutout to the baristas at this location. They were very kind and accommodating for my order. I don’t frequent this location often as it’s just a bit out of the way, but it’s a great location and I’m able to get my order quickly. I placed my order through the app, used the drive through, and had a request that I didn’t place in the app. We were in and out quickly and my order was as expected.I’ll be back to frequent this location!
Drive through line was long for the morning rush but moved quickly. Tight driveway area and high volume traffic. Drive through staff was very friendly. Well made drinks to order.
Besides the increasing prices at Starbucks 4 star. this location made my drink right, which is rare occurrence. Even tho its the most basic drink on menu, never consistent across locations

Stopped by here to grab a quick Latte. Service was friendly and my Latte was made well. The cheese danish could have been a little fresher though.
I went there last night before 8pm and it was closed. But it states they're open til 9pm.drive thru was blocked off. If the hours have changed you should probably update it. I was so disappointed.
I advise this location update their store hours on their website and disable the ability to order ahead. Just pure lack of customer service and common sense on their part.
