I went to the cranberry location on New Year’s Eve around 5 pm and it said there holiday hours were open till 7 pm go to walk in there cafe says it’s closed due to short staffing but there were 6-10 staff members sitting in the window at a table drinking coffee and the drive thru was blocked off as well. I think it’s ridiculous to have that many staff and say you are short staffed when plenty of other places work with a lot less. According to there holiday hours there is no reason they should’ve been closed and especially to have the nerve to sit right in the window.
Always awful. The people there aren't friendly. The drinks are NEVER made correctly. I usually drive out of my to the Wexford Starbucks just so I can have a proper chai. Don't use this Starbucks
Always a long line at the drive thru. I order online then go inside to get it.

This location is currently closed for remodeling and reopens the week of 9/21. I wish I knew this in advance but want to share with others!
My favorite local Starbucks - everyone here has always been super friendly & kind. My cold brew is always delicious and they took care of me this morning with my coffee on the house! How awesome is that?? Thank you Ryan and your whole crew - you all rock!
I had placed a mobile order 10 minutes before my arrival expecting maybe 5 more minutes but took 35 minutes, just to receive my 2 paninis ice cold. When asked to reheat gave us attitude and a rock hard panini that I could not eat half. I order here almost every morning never had this bad of service and taking nearly that long.
Even with staffing issues this location went above and beyond today!!! Great Job!!
Made a mobile order 15 minutes prior to arrival and STILL had to wait 10-15 minutes to get my 2 drinks I ordered, not to mention the manager had to ask me what I got on my order ( They didn’t even start my order until 5-7 minutes after I arrived) You guys really need to get your stuff together and stop offering mobile ordering if you can’t deliver on a timely basis. The reason people order their food or drinks ahead of time is because they’re on a busy schedule and DON’T have the time to make the drink themselves…Absolutely pathetic.
Drive thru lane was super long, but they got everyone through it nice and fast......and Accurately!!
