Friendly staff. Good environment. I also thought the drink cups were really cool.On the BBQ:I loved the beans. Delicious.Mashed Potatoes were good.Sausage was very juicy but not much flavor.Pulled pork was a little dry, a wish it had more food.Ribs came drenched in BBQ sauce, as I prefer Texas style ribs, I don't like this as it hides the flavor of the ribs. They weren't bad to be fair I ate them all and probably would again.Brisket sadly was awful, tough and chewy.I'd probably come back again & try more pulled pork/rib dishes if I did come back.
Smoked Turkey, baked beans, creamy Coleslaw. Garlic bread, Sweet Tea.Beans and Coleslaw on point. Turkey is always hard to make moist but a very good Smoked flavor. Deb was a wonderful server.
Emily, is one the most friendly and professional bartenders I've ever met with! A very genuine soul! Todd is also one of the most personable managers! I've met many managers in my time, but he IS one manager that will not only check on his customers, but help his fellow employees. This man is a true team player! The BBQ here is also amazingly tasty! Keep up the great work! This establishment has one of the most knowledgeable staff I've had the privilege to meet! Thank you to everyone there!
Definitely one of the best restaurants I've been to. Great place to come to if going out with family, or by yourself after a hard day of work. The food is always good and the servers even better. Especially Emily. She's always super friendly. Best waitress I've ever had. Even my nephews always ask for her every time we go there. When i go out to eat, good service is just as important as good food, and this place nails it on both.
Great food & service! We generally visit independent places for BBQ. We decided to give this chain a try and we were pleasantly surprised! Food was seasoned well, good smoke on the meat and lots of sauces to choose from. Nothing was over-sauced and we enjoyed everything we ordered. We'll be back!
Loved going into the establishment since the past 2 years I hardly went anywhere where I didn't take food to go with me. It was not busy so this made it feel safe. The service was excellent even through they were short handed with staff. The food was very good. I enjoyed it much.
the food was definitely delicious, you cannot go wrong. our server, Angelina was awesome! she was super bubbly, humble, sweet and extremely personable!!! I would not only recommend this location but I would definitely recommend our server!!! could not have asked for a better experience at a restaurant.
Great friendly service at the bar. They do have happy hour menu. Boneless wings for $4 is a deal.. No cider on tap which was disappointing but food was really good. Quick turnaround from placing order to it arriving.
Never had a bad meal here. However service needs help. Was just there on a Friday. It was busy, but not even close to packed. Food took very very long to come out. We were told they were down to two fryers. We didn't 'time' the service but it took over 40 minutes for a burger, pull pork, and two kids chicken nuggets. The staff was friendly enough but had to ask multiple times for BBQ sauce and refills. At no point did a manager come to check on any tables. Like I said I think they need more help to run a weekend. Maybe some more training. We'll definitely come back, but not a weekend service.
