I decided to dine in at Red Robin as a single guest, and sat in the bar area. I stopped during the peak lunch hour, and even though the restaurant was busy, the orders were delivered fast to my table and surrounding tables. I noticed the waiter would take the order, and there were several runners delivering food to the tables which is a good technique during peak hours. The food was hot and flavorful. I decided to try one of the milkshakes as a dessert, and I am glad I did. For the amount you pay, you receive a great amount. I had so much, I had to take some to go. The waiter ensured I had extra fries and water without even having to ask. I would look up, and a runner was delivering the items to the table. Overall, the dining experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend the Cranberry Location as the service alone is worth experiencing.
We arrived after the lunch crowd so there was no wait for a table. Our server was very nice and didn't come around an annoying amount of time. The food was so good! I got a mushroom burger and my son had a bacon cheeseburger. We both got a freckled lemonade and endless fries. There was no wait on the refills. I forgot to mention we had an order of onion rings as well. It was a great dining experience.
Red Robin is one of my favorite casual dining places and this location did not disappoint! The staff is friendly, the location is clean, the food is fantastic and made fresh to order. My favorites are the burgers, the chicken Caesar wrap, the milkshakes and love the bottomless fries!
Very attentive and enthusiastic waitstaff. Orders came out fast. Refills came put fast. Food was delicious and cooked to order. If they had Mtn. Dew they would get 5 stars.
Wonderful experience. I've been to red Robin before and wasn't happy but this location was really good. Our server was prompt, food was great and the long island ice tea was one of the best I've had. I would definitely recommend
I had the new fondue cheese burger meal. The cheese fondue was great for dipping the unlimited fries in. Hubby had the pig out burger. Both were delicious. The margarita was too sweet, and no salt. But I drank it anyway ?
Good burgers!!! Oh and the real ONION RINGS!!!
The use of technology really made the process much easier from getting more fries to paying for my meal. The food was fresh, warm and delicious. The staff was all very friendly and pleasant. Red Robin.... Yummmm!
Went on a Monday it wasn't busy it was cold in there. My gourmet burger wasn't hot barely warm. If the food would have been great no problem. Worst 47 bucks plus tip I ever spent on 2 burgers a lemonade and 2 small drafts.?
The food was absolutely delicious! We both got The Master Cheese burger and fries, which was excellent. For dessert we had the gooey chocolate brownie cake and it was really good. We were never given silverware for some reason though (other than spoons for dessert).
