Told it was going to be 25-35 minutes for delivery. Pizza was not delivered until almost 1 and 1/2 hours from order time. When I called the store, they told me that they only had 1 driver. In this age where employees are hard to find, then this should have been reflected in the delivery time and I would have understood. Regardless, both pizzas and the breadsticks were COLD. Driver suggested we put in a formal complaint. However, THERE WAS NO CODE on either receipt to be able to enter. I want to be credited for this purchase (sans the driver tip). I do not want coupons for free pizza the future. I only want my money back.
Super slow delivery times in comparison to previous times when it took like 30-45 minutes. They also didn’t answer the phone. I called twice, and they rejected my call. I had to call a third time and select the option to place a new order for them to even answer the phone. Normally this place is quick with their delivery, but this time said it was going to be over 2 hours before it was delivered. Which is fine, but the tracker said an hour. Just sad to see the miscommunication with a paying customer who tips the drivers really well. This experience is definitely going to change my tip amount.Review Updated from 1 star to 5 star. Totally disappointed. Pizza was an hour late and cold. Called but number kept ringing then would stop. Tried about 5 times and they would always drop call. I called ordering line and they sent me to someone else. Guess what, kept ringing then dropped. I hope those workers are looking for other jobs as I can't see Pizza Hut surviving with this treatment.
Ordered a heart pizza for Valentine's Day. Too short staffed to get the food out on time. First pizza was burnt and they did remake, but if you are going to advertise something special, make sure you are staffed to do it.
It was ready when I gave them the time. And the young lady was very polite and was doing a great job.
I used the phone app for the Cranberry Township store. The app said my total was 13 dollars, I hit submit and was charged $24.52 and had to call the store to cancel. Never had this problem at your Baden store. Terrible. This is why people are still reluctant to use the cyber world for ordering and paying.
Thin crust cheese pizza w pepperoni. I knew Pizza Hut sucked but we were snowed out tonight with no other pizza options. What would you have done. It Was like an Easy Bake oven pizza made by a 5 year old. Adorable if it was your daughter who made it otherwise inedible shizza crapola. Spray painted pepperoni, super (used French fried grease) greasy and felt as if it was made an hour ago even though I had to wait 15 minutes after ordering live.
MAKE MY FOOD CORRECTLY. I have to have my pizza with LIGHT sauce otherwise I get bad acid reflux at night while sleeping. My last pizza was loaded with sauce and my order specifically stated LIGHT sauce.
They worked so hard at this Pizza Hut and they’re always kind! In these trying times they always have a smile on their face! They are overworked and just doing the best and they’re always just amazing the delivery girl named Sarah is just the sweetest!Please remember to tip! These are amazing people that are working so hard!
While all the food was excellent, 1 pizza was ordered with banana peppers, but came with green peppers on it. If you were out, a note would have been nice. Otherwise, very good.
