The experience at this Panera has sadly gone down hill over the last several months. Every time I go in it feels like something goes wrong: No lids, cold coffee, no air conditioning, etc. Some of that I'm sure is out of their control, but other things not so much. The tables and drink station seem like they are always sticky messes, and the front counter staff varies from rude to seemingly nonexistent. The kitchen staff seems to be very kind though.I hope things turn around here soon. I really enjoy the location, but it seems like it is being mismanaged.
I went into your store at about 3PM today. I was a little lost. I’m from Beaver County and was at GPO. The ladies who waited on me were amazing. This experience reminded me the importance of the slogan “service with a smile.” Thank you again, ladies! Management,Please praise the 2 woman who manned the counter at that time.
Specifically the Cranberry location needs help. First, we waited almost 30 mins for our food. I ordered a turkey avacado bacon sandwich. Instead of the roasted turkey I got lunch meat turkey. And Third, my husband got a panini that was burned on one end. I can understand the wait time if they are short handed but the other things are definitely something this store needs to work on. Will definitely not be back anytime soon.
I enjoy most food items I get here. Timing varies a lot as sometimes the food is quick while other times it takes upwards to 20 mins. We have had some mixes result on take out food where they forget to provide everything or don't do the substituted ingredients we ask for.
We had the most delicious soup, salad and sandwich. The chipotle chicken sandwich was full of avocado and bread was toasted perfectly. The chicken noodle soup was equally delicious with plenty of chicken. Finally, the Goddess Cobb salad was perfect. Such a great lunch.
I would give it 4 stars but I'm used to other paneras opening at 6am not having to wait until 8am. The staff could probably use some help because it take really long for food and drinks to be made. Didn't matter if ordered ahead for pick up or in store or the time of day, or how busy they were or not. Expect a 20m wait after arriving and placing order.
ordered online when I get there they don't have my order then I place my order there when I get home im missing part of my order
Seems to be the theme here. Bad service, bad management. Saddest salad ever... They always get orders wrong. They charge a fee to add a protein but then don't give it to you and my salad bowl was only about half full... I've gotten more salad in a half order than I got in my full size order today. Also had to wait an extra 20 minutes for our order and it was still wrong, things missing. Such an awful experience here...
This location I have lots of issues with, we always get 2 bowls of soup, and a smoothie. Broccoli CheddarFrench Onion - never have the croutonsToday we also got 99c scone, waited 15-20m for very simple order. Jump on turnpike, get home no scone in the bag, no croutons(expected that). Guess I should of checked the bag. 3 stars because the soup is always good and what you expect but the service and care put into the order. I get it the location is very busy and why they run out of items and forget things but it's every time a disappointing experience . No use complaining to Panera, Ive tried, they want to give you credits for next visit and people look at you like you got a horn coming out your head when you try to use it.
Absolutely dreadful service. Don't answer phone. Don't have ingredients. Chronically late. If you're in a lunch rush, do yourself a favour and make the sandwich yourself. You're better off baking your own bread, cheese, and meat and you'd still eat faster than this location manages to make food for an order. Sorry for all DoorDash drivers...
