I was here with a friend on June 1, 2022 at 415 p.m. We were quickly seated, wasn't busy. We sat, we waited and waited. No waitress. No offers of drinks, Not shortstaffed. We changed seats. Another customer sat down and was immediately attended to. We talked to the speechless manager before we went to Red Robin, great staff and great food there.
The food was awful! While we enjoyed the salad and breadsticks the rest of the food tasted old. For example, I ordered Salmon with broccoli. At home, I normally eat frozen broccoli and rarely have any issues. The broccoli at Olive Garden was the worst I have ever had by far! They need better food standards. The Salmon tasted old and I could not eat it. My daughter ordered the tour of Italy, the noodles were hard and the lasagna tasted bad. I have not been to Olive Garden in over 10 years. I would rather eat at McDonald's than try to eat at Olive Garden again. On the other hand, our waitress was fabulous. It was partially our fault as we did not let on that the food tasted bad because we did not talk about it until after we left.
First time ever to this location. The staff were really sweet. Our server was Emily, she was very awesome and personable too! I had the cheesy ravioli it was quite delicious!
After Church on Sunday we all went out for Dinner at Olive Garden in Cranberry. The four of us enjoyed our time together and the waiter was exceptionally great! Overall awesome experience and definitely would come back again.Pics4yinz ~ Roscoe
Hot food, great service here. It was a Saturday night and we saited about 30 minutes for a table but we had a group of 9. Our server was great and a mistake in one of our orders was promptly addressed with a smile. Hot breadsticks, fresh and crisp salad and hot soups added to a great meal here overall.Another fun experience at Olive Garden with the family!
Great food, the waiter was amazing and kept up the drinks and bread sticks! The was a bit of time before a table opened for the four of us but we were welcomed at the bar as we had a drink while waiting for our table. Great staff very clean worth the wait.
Normally we enjoy the food -recently ordered two dinners and they were both horrible. They tasted like frozen dinners- so bad we will not even eat the leftovers. The chicken appeared to be pressed chicken- just awful.
Excellent service. The waitress was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and very interactive. Will definitely be back. Food is always great.
We were seated quickly. My daughter's smoothie was gross. They did take that off the bill. Had a new waiter. He did decent for a newby. Food was good.
Ate at the bar had a great meal. Had one of the lunch specials. The bartender was quick and kept my drink filled.
