Super friendly and enthusiastic staff. You can see how hard they work to mix, mash and roll your ice cream in front of you. First time having ice cream in this format. Is it that much different than Coldstone Creamery? Not really. But the fact that it’s rolled does make it a little lighter and airier when eaten. Give it a try!!
Ice cream was excellent!!! Loved the environment!! And to top it off they have a great manager who has a super nice personality to deal with!!!! We definitely will be coming back!!

We frequent this shop because my husband has a dairy allergy and they have dairy free options. Every time we have visited before, they change out the equipment to avoid cross contamination without being asked, as he speicifies dairy free upon ordering. They do not clean the discs between customers so there are remnants of previous milk-based ice cream left that will be mixed with whatever is being made. He noticed she wasn't prepping new equipement so when he asked her to change it out due to an allergy, she immediately got an attitude. He apologized twice and was ignored both times. We've never had a problem before because it was always automatically changed without us having to ask. The ice cream was delicious as always, but wish his allergy wasn't made out to be an inconvenience.

I ice cream here was very good and they use fresh ingredients in their products. Was very please with the price which seemed on point with any other ice shop in the area. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the staff was young and were not very helpful. They were friendly but just seemed bothered that they had to work. They were coloring Easter bunnies and would not stop to talk with us about the process of how the shop works. But, like I said, their ice cream was really good. We will be back for sure just hope that the staff will do a better job.
I don't mind paying more for something of value, but this place is ridiculous. They put up a menu and then dont include the ice cream in the price. Why would i want a tutti frutti waffle cone without ice cream? Way to expensive for the value of what you get. Q

Awesome place to get a new twist on ice cream. Really nice people working there. Please make sure to give a little extra time when you go. They are making you ice cream not just scooping it out of a tub.
