It’s hit a miss here they def have staffing issues like most places so their dining room closes early and they usually only have 1 drive thru lane open which makes wait times longer. I normally just get a drink or coffee and maybe a cheap sandwich and never have an issue there especially if you have the app then you can normally get something for free or $1 daily and earn easy points to redeem for more free stuff later which makes it a 4 start instead of 3 star. Granted it’s McDonalds so expectations is pretty low already so this is one avg or slightly above avg with having a staffing issue.
This place is terrible!!! Last three door dash orders, I orders nuggets no sauce. I called to complain and asked for a manager. "Speaking" he replied with an irritated tone. I explained the situation and then he said I'm sorry but there is not much we can do now....didn't offer a partial refund, a discount...nothing. I understand this happening once, maybe twice...but three times! Food is usually cold as well, but that could also be door dash.
Third time in a row my boys got their French fires from here, it's all burnt and undersized. We ordered a bucket and a large French fries (for $1 extra) but it was extremely undersized and only fit the bucket. So I paid $1 for nothing.
If I could give zero stars I would- this place has the worst service ever! They messed up my order several times. McDonald's is meant to be good, quick, efficient service. Instead I had to wait forever and then wait longer because they messed up my order SEVERAL times
Too expensive! How ridiculous prices have climbed in everything. Let sweet tea and the 2 chicken sandwiches (from dollar menu) with basket of fries = $8.99!!!!
I’ve been getting my coffee from this McDonalds for many years. Aside from the coffee being delicious, the staff is amazing - I’ve gotten to know many of them and they are very caring, hardworking people who deliver fantanstic customer service. My mornings are always brighter after I get to see these wonderful people! - Christy Kelly
I ordered hot chocolate. It was very watery tasting like the machine was out of the powdered mix and had the coffee taste from all of the mixes coming from the same spout.
This McDonald’s is the slowest I’ve ever been too! Must be the kind of kids they have to working here! Mom and dad must baby this generation z way too much. Try having you’re kids work hard for money instead of giving it to them
MacDonalds food is always great. Coffee is very inexpensive and good. The very popular take out lane always has at least 5 cars in it.
Cold food , warm soda with no ice, fries had sat on warmer and were not even at room temp anymore! ? major thumbs down ! ??Icee coffee had grounds floating in it (and I will drink about any coffee that was pushing my limit)
