Worst steak salad I have ever had. Steak was cold and tuff. Salad was old. For 16.99 they could have at least heated the steak up. Thank you Longhorn Steak House for listening to your customers.My son and I went out to lunch today and ordered their ribs and a ribeye. Both was excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce on the ribs was outstanding. They served warm wheat bread that was awesome. Waiter was great. Will definitely eat here again. And oh the prices wasn’t bad either for everything we got.
You can be assured you will like this steak house.I wish all steak houses measured up. Long horn is the best around here. Staff was efficient and the steaks had nice crust and proper medium rare arrival. Good side dishes we split for variety. Clean and not loud. Good experience. Thank you.
My husband, daughter, and I just ate here for the first time. We were blown away by the service. We were seated immediately. Our server made sure we had everything we wanted and enjoyed the food. Even the manager was going around to see if everyone enjoyed their food. Best steak and baked potato I ever had. As someone who has worked in the food industry as a cook and a server before, I can tell how hard everyone was working there. Best service I have ever had. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back!!
Sometimes it's the little things in customer service. My server Laura F saw that I had a cast on and had the cooks take my shrimp off the skewers! That might not seem like a huge deal but it was very helpful to me and I appreciated her doing it without me having to ask. It's the attention to detail for me! Always good food and service!!!
I gave a 3 star not because of the food or the service,our waitress was great,but because of call ahead check in, I called ahead and they told me I would be put on the list, and it would be about 45 min.They asked what time i would arrive and i said well i will be there a little before 45 min.and did they think it would be much longer after that, was told it would depend on how many walk in,s had come in.I said well i should be before walk in s if I'm on the list, the conversation was going no where,so rang off by saying we will be there in 45min, only to arrive and told there would be an hour wait !!! Asked for the manager, and was told the same thing, after a lot of back and forth we did get seated in 15 min.Never been to a restaurant before that operates call ahead seating this way.Wont bother going there again, plenty of other good steak restaurants around.
Servers were attentive and the food was good.
Love their food. I really like the chicken and soup lunch special. The chicken sandwich is awesome wish it was on the main menu for dinner.
Our meals were perfect. The meat was tender, ribs were falling off the bone. The management does a good job. I feel it is a well run restaurant.
