Employees are lazy as heck. Dropped chicken picked it up with their gloves on and never changed their gloves . All the employees are rude And you can tell they don’t want to be there. They hardly ever change their soda over so it’s constantly waterlogged. 1/5.
I have purchased twice from this restaurant and both times the chicken was bland and soggy. There won't be a third visit.
Always good food
Food is *usually* good but the mixes on the soda machine are all set wrong, not enough syrup. Manager needs to stop pinching pennies and focus on quality. Get it set right.
Was just there stood at the counter for 20minutes not on employee even acknowledged i was there nor asked if i wanted food or said well be with you shortly even though the looked up at me absolutely horrible service
Chicken tenders were old and dry like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Could barely chew them. Fries were cold and soggy and container was barely half full. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Did not receive any condiments I requested or silverware. Worst food and service I've had in a really long time.

Informed when I arrived that they do not do extra crispy chicken, even though it is on the menu.I'm thinking someone was just being lazy
This particular KFC only has original recipe chicken and not extra crispy, the chicken when I get it is usually overcooked, and the last time I was there they had to replace the diet syrup on the Pepsi machine, as for the rest of the food aside from the overcooking I mentioned it is all good, though if you want to have the full KFC experience you have to go to the closest full restaurant located by the "Giant Eagle" near "North Park", but if you want a quick grab and don't want anything too fancy/complicated then this will do if only because it is the closest one in "Cranberry Township, PA (16066)".
Apparently there are things on the menu that they don't carry. And someone there needs to learn how to make coleslaw.
