Would not let us order from the children's menu for my mom. She cannot eat their portion sizes and prefers a kid's cheeseburger (she has dementia).

Went here for the first time. The food is delicious however I was more impressed by the service and friendliness of the employees. They were all so friendly and treated us like family especially my two year old son. This type of behavior is unheard of in todays world so it was just nice to see this. I really appreciated it and my son had a blast feeding the fish. Beautiful quaint outdoor seating. We will definitely be back soon! This place deserves more attention.

Love this place I have actually been going here since I was a kid. There food, as some may say is expensive for Chinese, I would say worth the money. Most Chinese restaurants you go to the meat tastes bad, chewy or basically doesn't exist due to breading. Not this place you get good quality meat when order or eat here. The other reason I love the place is the atmosphere. All the staff is so friendly. Great service. The restaurant is definitely more upscale but doesn't mean you have to get really dressed up. I would recommend these resturant to any one who likes Chinese food.

the menu is as similar as any american-chinese restaurant, while the taste is indeed Chinese style. ordered beef green beans, beef is a bit too salty, yet the stir fry skill of this entry is splendid. my friend got pork with vegetables, absolutely good stuff. the dine in environment is clean and neat, stuff are friendly, great experience here!

Was there on Christmas Eve so it was busy but they still had good service. They messed up a dinner for a member of our party, but made it right. I'm not really a big fan of Chinese food but this is one of the best I've had. The Egg Flower Soup was really good. It had great flavor and texture. I got the Sesame Beef and I wasn't disappointed. The beef was good quality, the batter was fried well. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food.

Been going to chen's for years usually really good. But the last 2 visits I ordered my food and the waitress brings me what she thinks taste better not what I ordered. I told her what i wanted my food cooked in brown sauce and she insist on bringing me Stir fry and ask do I want brown sauce on the side? This Happened twice in 2 different visits even though I said I DID NOT want stir fry she took it back and mixed it in brown sauce and gave it to me. Sorry but it's not the same very disappointed.

We have enjoyed Chen's for many years until yesterday. With the economy as it is, we expected the price to increase but not the quality of the food. The chicken in the chicken broccoli was extremely dry, the general tso was also dry and barely half filled the container and the fried rice was the worst. Such disappointment. The end of a great relationship!

Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to Chen's. Tried to order an entree from the children's menu for my mom, who cannot eat an adult entree and they allowed us to but said not next time.I understand restaurants and profit margins, but, in my opinion, this is a very short sighted policy. I even pointed out to them that if I had ordered take out they would never know how old the recipient is.We won't be back.

Just a great family atmosphere! The food is always delicious, the staff friendly and patient. Our 1 year old daughter loves the fish ponds!
