The food at houlihans is always good. The server was sweet and pleasant. But the noise level was a little loud. We were in a booth which helped a little to still be able to talk.
Food, service, cost was great! It was cold in the dinner area; went to car to get a sweater; music was too loud
Ordered French Dip. The bun was overly burnt.

We love Houlihan's. Wednesday night was different. We were seated immediately and introduced to our server, which brought her complaints to the table about having to stay a little longer for our table when she was ready to leave. That was unsettling, but we tried to let her know we'd be quick and decisive. After she served our water, she disappeared. I had to get up twice and search for a hostess or another server to get more drinks. When the food finally came, she disappeared again and I have to search for butter for our meal. My wife's food was great. My Kansas City Steak was well done... my request was medium. After all the trouble we'd had, I chose to just push through and finish my meal. I was quite disappointed that our experience was closer to a fast food restaurant, then a high end steak destination.
Very pleased. Would highly recommend.
We went to this restaurant because of specials we saw online. Our host didnât give us the specials menu, waitress didnât seem to know about them, and it took a few minutes before we got the specials menu. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees, the appetizer was brought to us just before our entrees so we felt rushed eating. Waitress did not check on us after food was served and did not offer dessert. The food was decent and reasonably priced. We will try again as the experience was not ideal.

We sat outside on the patio on a lovely summer evening so we enjoyed happy hour and dinner. Food and service were exceptional. It got very noisy when a loud group was seated next to us but before that it was very peaceful.
