First time eating and food was great!!
Horribly overpriced for blahh food. The fries were disgusting we ended up throwing them away after spending $8 on them. There are way better options with way better quality of food! Never going to a five guys again!!
Ordered online, clicked the link to say I was on my way and then when I arrived. Proceeded to wait for 10 minutes for my order to be called before going up and asking about it. Apparently you have to tell them when you arrived despite what the order confirmation says. Pretty terrible system and no point in offering online order if you have to wait in line anyways.
In terms of chains, the best burger around! Top 5 if you count local places too. Patties just melt in your mouth. The seasoned fries are a great side with a yummy milkshake to top it all off.
I used to go to five guys often. After my encounter with the nasty shift manager i will not be returning. I was waiting for my food and saw that the shift MANAGER was touching the bottom of a bucket and did NOT change his gloves before touching the food. After confronting him, nicely, may i add. He had a real bad attitude basically acting like “i don’t know what to tell you deal with it” and had a super nasty tone. Not only was his attitude disgusting, but so was him not changing his gloves. Who knows what goes on when customers are not looking and back in the kitchen that customers can’t see. Someone is bound to get food poisoning from this place.
Please order the single burger - the double was too big for me. I ordered a small fry , they put extras in on top, tossed out the small fry, ate the loose ones in the bag. A little pricy. For me and my hubby, double burger and small fry each - I got a shake and he got water - over $40 !
Yummy! Definitely alot of delicious options, fries are amazing! Milkshakes are great too!
Expensive like all Five Guys are, but the service and quality hold up well at this location. I was happy to see from the hiring sign that they appear to provide great compensation and benefits for their employees.
Super clean... amazing... so nice to see!!! Nice staff, who clearly have pride in where they work!!! As a bonus... Love that Five Guys puts a baby station in the men's bathroom!
What an enthusiastic, joyful, efficient and humerous serving crew. Haven't tasted the food yet but judging by it's popularity for delivery drivers must be good. Warning to delivery drivers! Always carry your own food when picking up here, as you will be tempted by the great smelling food. :)
