Great restaurant, servers were friendly and welcoming. Building was clean and the food was fantastic.I had lemon ricotta pancakes and hubby had the Parma hash. Both were fantastic

**Upgraded to 3 stars after excellent follow up from the organization.** 40 minute wait to be seated. No problem. 20 minute wait for drink order. 40 minute wait for lukewarm food. Waitress said she’d be right back with silverware. Then she went to another table and took their order?! I got silverware and then food was cold. She checked on on us after we we long finished eating. 15 minute line to pay check. Restaurant was about 60 degrees. No redeeming factors at all.
Delicious breakfast. The place is crowded and but we could sit fast on a Saturday morning.
There was a 30 minute wait to be seated. Upon being seated, we waited an additional 20 minutes till a server came to even take our drink order. The food was served to us lukewarm but we had no silverware. The server did not immediately go to get the silverware for us so we got it ourselves. Just overall not a good experience at this restaurant.
Absolutely horrific service. (Aka no service). Was seated. Waited 15 minutes with no one stopping at our table. The waitress eventually stopped to tell us she would be over shortly. She then went to take orders from two other tables that were seated after us. We walked out. Will not be returning and will definitely not be recommending First Watch to anyone.
This is a smaller upscale breakfast joint. Food is phenomenal and the staff was pleasant. I had French Toast, eggs, and potatoes. The apple juice was amazing too.
Got in line via the app and was quoted 20-30 min. Arrived after 10 minutes and was quoted 20 minutes. And then it took almost an hour in total. Waited on food for over 30 minutes after ordering only to get a dried out omelet and underdone potatoes. Been here many times and it’s never fast, but this was ridiculous and there were clearly a lot of upset customers all around. Easy to blame staffing, but there seemed to be plenty of help in the front and back.
Never been to a nicer breakfast spot. Service is immediate and the people are very kind. Food is TOP NOTCH. Probably the best place in Western Pennsylvania?
Don’t go today! They sat us and no one ever came. The waitresses were all just standing around talking. I went up to ask who was our waitress and still no one ever came! We walked out! So disappointed! Also, when we walked in a man was waiting for his online order, he said for a while, it finally was brought out and his order was wrong. They gave him a drink he didn’t order and didn’t give him the one he did order they said he would have to wait even longer. He also walked out upset.
If God made a better breakfast, He kept it for himself. Best breakfast in Cranberry twp hands down. Thank you First Watch for a very enjoyable breakfast!
