I went to purchase a roast beef/cheddar sub tonight, at Firehouse. I was so pleased! First, I want to commend the young girl that welcomed me when I walked through the door. She was so kind, and I know it's typical to train your employees to do this, she was the only one out of 4, that did! I will say, the young man that checked me out, was quick, and efficient. There was only one other customer, in the restaurant, waiting for a sub to -go. The young man took my order, and the young lady that greeted me, did all the work. My sandwich was ready quickly, and she handed me my sub,and sweetly advised me to grab extra napkins. When I got home, and pulled it out, it was PERFECT. So good! She did a wonderful job! Whomever this was, looked like a teen working. Please commend her, for a job well done! My customer experience background, is a huge part of who I am, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Had to come here to review, and commend her! Thank you!
Subs are really good and the staff was awesome,everyone was very pleasant! Was at firehouse today subs were delicious n the staff was awesome as usual
Pretty good sandwiches. The only real negative I have is I'd like to order steak sandwiches with her a bunch of pieces as opposed to one big steak. In that case you shouldn't slice the bread completely in half you should leave a little bit on one Edge so that everything can sit in it because whenever you go to eat it pieces fall out everywhere on the container eating a lot of unpleasant thing in the sandwich. When you get spliced cold cuts cetera it's okay to slice it cuz they really don't fall out. Also it'd be great if you'd Grill the inside of the bun

Love firehouse but frustrating that I get there around 745pm several times to see them closed. Please change your official hours.
I seriously hate to leave negative reviews on google but my experience here was terrible, it almost feels like you're not welcome at this location the moment i entered... i understand most businesses if not all are short staffed now with all what's going on, but that's not an excuse to treat a customer they did at this location. I work 3 jobs so i can put food on the table as a father of 3 and i would never treat a costumer with disrespect no matter what

We visited here today for the first time. Subs were delicious and staff was amazing. I ordered the “gluten free” sub for my daughter due to wheat allergy and they were amazing taking the time to do the proper things to make the sub available for her to eat. Thank you. Having very few out to eat places for her to eat this was great to be able to have. Will definitely be back.
These guys are great. Definitely in regular rotation at our office. Always polite, sandwiches are always delicious.
The subs here are good. Lately though they have been getting lighter on meat. Very noticeably lighter. Doesnt even cover all of the bread lighter. I can feel the weight difference from the subs you used to make a couple months ago. It is hard to fully enjoy a sandwich when parts of it have either no meat or paper thin meat.I can understand the increase in price due to the economy but when you start shorting ingredients on the sub you are changing the quality of the food for the worse. Firehouse subs may go from being a weekly choice to something I never choose at this rate.
