Love DD, but to be honest.. a few complaints. By afternoon, they are out of donuts...at a donut shop!!! I drive there, and the are out. Disappointing. Especially Butler, PA and Gibsonia, PA. The Cranberry location needs a drive thru. Also, the location is a pain ...hard to get into and out. Its like a traffic nightmare. I pray for a move to an easier location, then I wouldn't drive by so often!
Barista started my drink and forgot about it once her friends came in. Finally the manager saw me waiting and asked what I was waiting for. He handed me my drink but it was not what I ordered. Unfortunately I was already down the road when I realized it was wrong. I called for a refund and they were unable to do so unless I came back to the store.
The girls there were so patient with me and my great niece and nephew. And the doughnuts and latte was delicious and fresh.
My fiance and I visit dunkin occasionally, and we both love the caramel craze latte, BUT for some reason, the second on they make is always AWFUL and just tastes like hot water. Not sure if the machine needs a minute to cycle through or what, but it happens EVERY TIME we both order that drink
Staff need to get on the orders much quicker and faster. I've been a Dunkin Dan for many years and this one is the worse one yet.
The coffee and lattes we got tasted like they were cut with water, but the food was as good as any other Dunkin
Ordered a dozen of donuts on Grub hub. The delivery was excellent however the donuts tasted like day old donuts. They were hard and No Way fresh. Now I know what they do with the old donuts..they sell them to people who use delivery services. Don't waste your money.
Very pleased with speed of service as well as politeness of staff. The gentleman who was working the register, Peter, made my experience exceptionally good. He was very polite and was very helpful.
This store visit was horrible. Tried ordering items on the menu to be told they no longer serve it or no ingredients on hand. Just wanted a black coffee and white mocha hot chocolate. The staff screwed up what we did get. Just a horrible store.
As always DD in itself is good, However I did not appreciate hearing how three of the girls have had repeated short cash drawers, nor to hear they thought it was a fellow employee, or perhaps their manager and I certainly didn't appreciate hearing the f-bomb dropped multiple times in my less than 5-minute wait for two coffees.
