This was the BEST Domino’s pizza I have ever eaten! Maybe it is because I ordered the thicker crust, but wow it is so good!Also, Abdul was a courteous, well-dressed young man and very prompt! Thank you Abdul!
We ordered pizza and they said we never placed an order. Complete incompetence and terrible service overall
They often miss instructions to exclude toppings. The drivers are dangerous and often not pleasant. Ownership, management, and staff take prime parking in front of the store and no parking areas.
The worst customer service I ever seen, placed an online order, supposed to be ready in 35 min, after 65 min I had to call the store and asked for my order, the rude girl said she just put my pizzas on the oven because the store did not have a driver! No apologies or being sorry. Well, this is not my problem, at least the store could call me and let me know or even try to fix the issue. They did nothing and I had to cancel my order, so disappointing.
Order placed via the app:It’s unfortunate when someone orders marinara on the side as well as ranch and none of those options are delivered. After calling the store they made no attempts to fix the current order but instead they stated that a two liter or a small cheese pizza (we like toppings on our pizzas) can be compensation in the next order. The reason being “it was only a small amount,“ which is difficult to digest considering it’s the principal and not the monetary value that matters. It could have been handled very differently by Domino’s.
Language is a barrier for anyone who takes orders over the phone at this location, often leading to incorrect orders. Delivery also has language barriers, as I was just asked “where the service center is” when delivering to my HOUSE.
They left my pizza on the doorstep in the snow and didnt even bother ringing the doorbell. Also shorted me two chicken wings. Dont waste your time.
Delivery was promised 20 to 30 minutes. Going on over an hour now. If you have a shortage of drivers don't offer delivery in 20 to 30 minutes. Hardly worth spending your hard-earned money going out to eat anymore or ordering food for delivery. Just better off cooking at home.
The whole “it’ll be out in 2 minutes” is a joke! Don’t stop the timer when you’re cutting the pizza stop the time once they make it to the car! That took like 30 seconds right there!
Don’t know where all the old staff went but the new staff is definitely on a learning curve
