My mother, myself and my kids all went to dennys jun 3rd 2022.I was insanely surprised at the quality of food & we had a great waitress.& we ordered a TON of food. Chicken tenders which I'm very picky with.. were perfectly crispy on the outside and perfect in the inside. No slime, or too dry. We had prob 10 diff foods.. we all shared. I cant say enough how good it was. & this is an honest feedback!Real chocolate in the pancakes. Real mash potatoes. Mozzarella sticks were not chewy! Nothing was forgotten. This is was the best quality food at a restaurant I had in a long time. I mean the quality has blown the "higher end" food out of the water!

The food was fine enough, as we weren't expecting a world class experience at a Denny's. However the experience we had was not pleasant by any means. Our table was cleared of dishes and such, but was sticky and had crumbs on it upon sitting down, and we noticed other tables next to ours also not being cleaned off with any type of cleaners or anything before other people were seated as well. The woman who came to serve us, came to our table and said "did someone serve you yet?" And we said "no" and she said "well, I guess I'll serve you then...." Which was very odd, as if we were seated in a section that had no assigned server...We ordered the berry pancakes and then were told only after the waitress brought the pancakes out with no berries, that they were "out of them"... In that case I would have liked to order something else, considering that was the part of the meal I was looking forward to!!My husband's coffee was brought out with a dirty rim where he was supposed to drink off of, and the coffee itself had coffee grounds floating on the top.All in all, we were just disappointed, and were honestly hoping to share our disappointment with the woman who cashed us out, but she didn't even ask "how was your food" or "how was your experience"... She just rushed over, had us pay and rushed us out.

Hard to order food when no one answers the phone. So I tried calling like 20 times. No answer so I drive over and ask how do you place to go orders. Guys says online or door dash. I ask you can’t call in? He says yea you can. I tel him I tried a bunch. He says oh grabs the phone clicks something and takes my order in the restaurant. Out of curiosity I try again while I’m IN THE STORE. No ring and no answer. In other words if they’re busy they don’t answer the phone and leave it on busy dial. Can’t imagine how much money they’re missing out on because they don’t feel like answering the phone. What a joke. Literally took the order anyway but made me waste my time to do it. Last time I ever come in this place. They don’t care about your order or customer service. Go elsewhere

great food the price is right

Denny's consistently has the best, most fluffy pancakes of any chain. Any classic breakfast options with pancakes is a safe bet. With friendly service and affordable prices overall, it's a great place to get a quick breakfast.Today I also ordered a "french crepe" and was pretty disappointed: the crepe wasn't light, it was difficult to cut through, the cream tasted okay and wasn't spread throughout the crepe, the seasonal fruit was strawberries in syrup. Overall I expected the dish to be lighter. Also, they removed the grandslam slugger from the menu, which was a great deal and a favorite we got every time. Too bad!

Stopped in tonight and had a very positive experience! Waitress was kind and attentive. Checked up on us multiple times and was so kind during the meal. Food was amazing and was out so quick! Price was just right on this visit as well! The whole staff was very kind and seemed to be having a great night! Hats off!!

Denny's has gone down in quality and service. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly, but the first words she spoke to us was a long list of what was not available. We didn't get napkins which was strange. I looked for them at other tables and there were none. While waiting for our food I looked around and the room was dark and not very clean. A LOT of greasy finger prints and food debris on the dividers....kinda grossed me out. I get that it's a restaurant and everything can't be "perfectly" clean. Kids with food on their fingers are putting their hands on dividers, etc but this was just about every where I looked so kids can't be the only reason.Food was ?. Won't be returning to Denny's.

Not doing much for my faith in chain restaurants. It would be two stars if it wasn't so dirt cheap.Burger was a few degrees above room temperature and devoid of spice to the point that I forgot I ordered a "spicy" burger. When the waitress asked me if it was hot I thought she meant the temperature since there was no spice. My tolerance for spice is pretty low so I'm assuming they made the wrong burger.

Food and service were great. Back house attitudes are terrible, and ruined my lunch today. There was a miscommunication will my children's order, and their slams came out without pancakes. The cook's line made my server add the pancakes to my check before they would even start making them. Then they put the additional items to the end of the queue of checks. The mistake was found out after the food was delivered to my table. So my 6 year old waited 20 minutes for her pancakes. By the time they got to my table I was done eating, and my daughter was quite upset. Then the check arrived and i was charged for the pancakes. I found out when I wasleaving the manager was on the cook's line the whole time!YOU FIX PROBLEMS FIRST! Pancakes take 3 minutes max! This manager needs to go back to training. I'm going to Eat'n Park from now on.

Yasmin, thank you so much for being friendly & speaking to me & my husband. You made us feel right at home!!! The Breakfast was slamming & the service was a 10!!! Wishing you well, in your future endeavors at Slippery Rock University! If you take the intern in Philadelphia make sure you stay in the city or Northern Liberties. Thanks Denny's & Yasmin!!!!
