Not a great experience. I waited several minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there, then the person making the "bowl" had attitude and rushed me through. There wasn't a clean table available. Throughout my time there (about 25 minutes) the employees didn't attempt to clean a table. They had plenty of down time as it was between lunch and dinner. The only person who appeared to be hard at work was the cook. The portion size was good.
Terrible experience here. After ordering my bowl with chicken and rice, I get down to the second part of the line and am informed that they are out of guac for the day. I wish I would have been notified before this point or I would have went somewhere else. I then ask for the salad dressing and they are also out of it. All this aside, I get a drink cup and go over to the drink station to find the majority of them out of order. Meanwhile, the restaurant is filthy with trash everywhere and the employees are just standing around. I will never be returning to this location again!!
Don't use the online order system and waste your time trying to get a refund like I did! I was on lunch break and 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, it hadn't even been started yet so I left after being told I could cancel my order online. You can't. There isn't even an option to do that. I went back in and was then told to call. Did that. The chipotle phone number is only for catering and refers you to the website. So, no apologies, lied to twice and went back to work hungry. Never eat here again
Service was slow, place was dirty and food was old and dried out.
This is the chipotle that I have been going to since it’s been open never had any problems except for today I had the most horrible service it was super slow it took about 15 minutes for me to get two bowls and a cheese quesadilla when I walked up the person just stared at me before they asked me what I wanted the food was old cold nasty even my child what was wrong with that place whenever we left.The cheese quesadilla was made with one tortilla wrapped infoil and then pressed on the machine couldn’t even get it out of the foil whenever we got into the car.The mild salsa was just chopped up tomatoes nothing else when I asked for chicken they had to go in the back and look for it and then I heard the kids say that he couldn’t tell the difference so I’m not even sure if I got chicken. Long story short it was odd shady poor service poor food this is never happened at this location I was very disappointed and honestly it was so sketchy I just threw all the food away.
They still do not have fajita vegetables. When you order online, the option is still there. They don't tell you when you pick up for online. Very disappointing! The other locations we go to have the vegetables. What is the excuse! Will not be visiting this location again.
Today I went to chipotle in cranberry township, PA. I work in Foodservice so I have a heart for Foodservice employees dealing with being short staffed and all the out of stock products… however, when we walked in every table in restaurant was totally dirty. There was no one in there except for us at the time. The garbage was piled up so high that my husband had to leave our garbage on the floor beside the garbage can. The counter near the cashier was dirty with food. There was at least 6-7 employees. I work in school Foodservice where we feed 285 plus students in twenty minutes with 3 employees so I’m sorry but it was not because they were short staffed. The cashier smelled like she just came back from a long cigarette break. The food was not good. I will not be going back to chipotle at least in this location EVER again. I’m surprised they would pass a health inspection. Very disappointed as we were lookin forward to eating at chipotle!
Wow! I have only had Chipotle food at catered events until now. I finally took my wife for lunch and we were not disappointed. We both had tacos, chicken and barbicoa, and could not decide which was better. Other than them running out of hard taco shells, everything was great. I'd I had a criticism, maybe they could do a better job keeping their floors a little cleaner. But it was at the end of lunch rush on a rainy day, so I'll give it a pass this time. I WILL be back.
This has to be the WORST Chipotle in the state of Pennsylvania. I JUST WITNESSED THEM KICK A WHOLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE OUT DURING LUNCH TIME. Just told everyone they were closed. I've never seen anything like this in my life. They also didn't have any chicken. Every single table was filthy. The health department should be called in for an inspection.
I like to opt for Chipotle vs fast food when I’m in a crunch and need something to eat. It seems to be hit or miss at some restaurants if I’ll have a good meal or not. This location got my 5 item order correct and met my expectations. I did order chips and queso for the first time and wasn’t thrilled. Some chips were great, some tasted like they just weren’t cooked long enough m. A large order was about $8, as much as a meal. Definitely not worth the price. I also ordered an organic lemonade that wasn’t great, just weak in flavor and not something I wanted to drink.I enjoyed my meal and so did my family. The staff was great. It was a bit slower and everyone that I saw said hi/greeted me as they were moving about.I’d come back to this location for sure.
