Horrible. I frequent many Chipotle restaurants considering I travel for work and this one BY far is the worst. I did a pick up and when I arrived at my scheduled time they apologized that they forgot to make mine. Upon getting it and driving away they forgot half my food order. I returned to the restaurant only to have the food made incorrectly again and me being late for my next appointment. I will never return to this location.
The service was extremely slow even though there was barely anyone in the restaurant and there were a decent amount of employees. The lady checking us out was literally PICKING HER TEETH for a good minute before she packaged up our food to go! Disgusting!
Under Stuffs online orders. Had a single piece of meat in a whole burrito.
Very poor experience.Ordered three bowls on Uber Eats and the restaurant didn’t have the Pollo Asada so they cancelled the third bowl and only sent 2/3 without asking if we wanted it replaced or anything. I ordered food for three people and only two people received it, leaving my father in law without a meal. When the food arrived it was very poorly put together, definitely significantly lacking in portion for mine and didn’t include some toppings my husband ordered such as fajita vegetables. His portions were also scarce as well. Not worth the price, especially when ordering through a delivery service, and will be going to other locations instead from now on since this seems to be a re-occurring issue.
The quality of this particular chipotle can be hit or miss but I wanted to take a moment to compliment this chipotle for today. I placed an online order around 1pm today (February 9th, 2022) and the girl that completed my order did a fantastic job.The bowls were delicious and well balanced. She remembered everything and was very speedy. I placed my order and by the time I arrived to the chipotle (around 5 minutes or so) the order was complete and on the pick up shelf. I really appreciate the great customer service.
The amount of food was laughable. The woman even apologized and explained that she now had to give the correct serving size. Apparently inflation means the price goes up AND the quantity of food goes down lol
Ordered chicken burrito today and got half burnt chicken and steak. It wasn't wrapped correctly and couldn't pick it up to eat it. Ordered through door dash because I was at work and after the tip paid almost $20 for something inedible. Not happy. Tried to call 3 times over the next 2 hours and and nobody answered the phone. I will not order again.
They make the best burritos! Super yummy! I just think that they are a bit pricey

What in the world is going on with Chipotle (in general) lately. Get a GRIP on these locations north of Pittsburgh. I've never seen such poor communication from a national chain like this in my life. Never open when they say they are.
