When leaving with our carry out order, we got chased to the exit, by an employee with a free brownie, yum. Then we hurried to the car, in a torrential downpour. My daughter's bag got so wet, it burst open spilling her fries into a puddle. So we went through the long line at the drive thru, to replace her much wanted waffle fries. Which they replaced, free of charge, this was not asked for, nor expected, but appreciated. Best of all her nuggets tasted awesome. In her words best nuggets ever. Thank you Chick-fil-A
My son loved it but I wasn't a fan. The waffle fries were okay but tasted like frozen store bought waffle fries. I also got the chicken strips which I did not like at all. Pretty bland. However, the part that I like the most is that the kids meal came with a box of words in a different language so kids can learn other languages. I thought that was so cool. Because of that I would come back with my son again.
Over the past six months I have ordered from Chick-fil-A about five or six times. Every single time my take-out order has been wrong they keep apologizing up-and-down and giving me gift cards.I have actually had a manager deliver food to my house one time because of one incorrect order. It is completely out of control they used to have the best customer service ever. Now we order Chick-fil-A for my daughter‘s 12th birthday and the birthday basically completely got ruined the order was once again wrong and all I can do is try to call the store and their number just says user busy thanks for ruining a birthday we won’t be back. Also by looking at other reviews I am not the only person that has been complaining about this issue.
Have had inaccurate take out orders for my family 5-6 times in a row, actually have had a manager deliver food to my house for one screwed up order. Not quite sure what happened they used to have the best service ever!
Every restaurant in the area had an hour wait, so we decided to stop here on our trip home. Every employee was so friendly and the manager brought us over a placemat for our one year old! We really appreciated the great service and delicious food!
Service was great! Food was hot and delicious! Friendly staff. Kinda bummed that my spicy chicken sandwich only had pickles on it.
I'm always amazed by their drive-thru. The line was over 1&1/2 times around the building and we were out in 10 minutes. I've been 3rd in line at a Wendy's and waited longer. They had a person dedicated to directing traffic, 4 people taking orders, 3 people at the window getting food to everyone. It really is amazing how efficient they are.It really is no wonder they are always busy. The people are never rude. Like I've gone to various chick-fil-a's over 100 times and have never had even a hint of rudeness once. I heard they grow their employees on trees. Where else could you find so many people in such a high stress environment and no one ever snaps.
We had an amazing experience here with Yvonne she was very good with us even tho we took forever figuring out what we wanted she helped us with everything!! She checked in on us often and it was definitely the best costumer service I’ve ever had she was even super interactive with my 1 year old daughter this women made our whole day and if I could i’d give her a raise myself
Not your finest hour. Ordered from the App, went through the drive-thru pickup, you all forgot 1 chocolate milk, 2 ice cream cups, and gave us root beer instead of Dr. Pepper. Food that was received was good but a big failure on the drive-thru staff.
I mean it's chick fil a. What's not to love. This place is a well oiled machine and every person I've interacted with here is helpful, patient, and kind. Even during their rush periods I've moved through the drive thru line quickly. Favorite place to treat myself.
