This place has gone way down hill. First off, the workers casual conversation was littered with expletives. Our pickup order was 26 mins late (apparently due to pretzel knots taking too long). We got home and my wife's Caeser salad was covered in dressing when we requested none. My wings were completely cold. And my kids pretzel knots were burnt. There are better options for wings in the area for sure.
It is not often that I rate a place a 5, but everything was great. Sat at the bar and originally had wings - mild. The price was a bit high but they were very good and a bit spicy - fairly large wings. Then had the chicken sandwich with fries - definitely the best chicken sandwich that I have ever had and some of the best fries. Convenient parking. Very clean interior. Staff at the bar very professional and friendly. Looking forward to returning.
Terribly unprofessional. Waitress was nice, food was great, but I had a server spill hot salsa all over me. Zero apology from the staff. I was approached by what seemed to be a manager and the leading (rhetorical) question was weather I spilled it on myself or if the server spilled it on me? After I explained that I was spilled on, zero compensation, and my outfit was ruined. The manager attempted to walk away without fixing anything, and I had to practically tell her I wasn’t paying for my meal before she decided to offer. I will never come back here again. Extremely unprofessional.
First off the place was clean. Tables were wiped down and the the atmosphere was calming and relaxing while the lighting was super cool. This is Super Bowl Day 2022!! The wings are fresh and the drinks are cold!! The waitress Har, did a fantastic job and made us feel welcome. I will be returning to BWW every Super Bowl for a great time and great food!!! Trap
Ordered two wing and fry combo meals. Picked up my bag and got home, and there were no fries for either meal and they forgot my carrots as well. Hard to give a good rating when you only get half your food you paid for. They issued a $10 refund.Would honestly have paid them an extra $10 to not ruin our dinners.Update: the manager spoke to me and apologized, asked if they could send me a $15 card. I appreciate the gesture and changed the status from 1 star to 3. It’s nice when a business does this. Will give it a second chance and hope everything goes smoothly.
I work at PNC right across the street from you guys and met with Kim today as she needed assistance. She told me how she works at this BWW and I just wanted to share that you guys are really good! I’ve eaten there a couple of times now and have never had an issue. Wings are also hot and fresh and service is wonderful! Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but hey! It’s a sports bar, expected and completely fine! Keep up the good work guys! :)
Usually love this place but shady on salt n vinegar fries now. Asked for extra salt n vinegar and dont know how to upload picture but like they did opposite
Always a great place to watch the Baylor University games. The staff are always nice.
We had Dan as our server this evening and we were very pleased with his service. The restaurant was packed and the kitchen was backed up, but Dan was very attentive to all of his tables. The food took awhile to come out, but once it did, it was hot and very good. Will definitely be back.
Tara did a very nice job giving us our food and was very pleasant talking to us. Come to Buffalo Wild Wings on Rt. 19, best ice in the state for drinks. God bless. Best hostess in the WPIAL.
