The appetizer and salads arrived at the exact same time. We were not done with those when the food arrived. I do not understand the rush.
I usually like Bravo, however, I am done. I ordered Chick Marsala and It literally was large pieces of chick with gravy over it. I wanted eggplant parmesan and they were out of it. The restaurant needs to be deep cleaned. It is no longer a dining gem.
Pasta was undercooked and barely edible.
Crowded when we arrived and ended up eating at the bar. Food, drinks & service made it a fun Friday night.

Birthday Party! The service and food were wonderful! We brought in our own cake and they were very gracious about it! They made no effort to rush us out, despite the restaurant being very busy!
We had an excellent meal and the service was great. Our server, Ryan, was friendly and very accommodating. We would definitely come back.
I give 5 stars for the servers. They are awesome. The food is 3 stars. It's not great. It's a few steps above olive garden. Do t go on a busy night. The atmosphere tends to cause people to linger long after dinner is over (which is nice for your meal once u get seated). Again, the food is ok. But the service staff are awesome. So, 3 plus 5 average to 4 stars.
Though the staff was pleasant and helpful, the food was very good. Portions were above normal size. Selections were the usual Italian offerings.
We celebrated our nieces birthday there last week. I had mentioned via the online reservation that our niece had special needs and had lost her brother to covid over the winter. I asked them to help me recognize her special day and they went above and beyond doing just that. The had a huge birthday Ballon. Hanging birthday banner and table decorations!! If that wasn't enough they gave her a card which to celebrate they wanted everyone at her party (dinner) to have dessert ?. Our server was Brad and he joined us in wishing her happy birthday. Thank you to the staff who made her day so very special. You all are the best.
