First time every going or ordering from this Blaze Pizza shop. Called at 8:37 pm to place order and got transferred through a bunch of automated messages to get a national customer service agent that told me they stopped taking orders at 8:30pm and if I wanted to order I had to drive there in person to place order. So I ordered pizza from one of the 15 other competing Pizza shops in the area. So much for getting a new customer and repeat business to your establishment. Placed a $75 order down the street and they delivered.
When you enter the place is very well lit up which attracts customers and the ingredients are top shelf fresh that us why I will always eat there not to mention they are generous in their portions and very polite
Food was great as always. I love Blaze, but I might not go back here, though. It smelled like gasoline when I walked in. The lemonade were out and no one replaced them while I was there. I was the only customer and the staff sat on the counter on their phones. Half of the tables needed cleaning which no one did either.
The food was surprisingly excellent. The staff was very nice and helped me with my first time being there.

The pizza here is delicious. Some employees are more jovial than others but hey, we all have bad days once in awhile.
Pizza's are on the thinner side, which we like! First time there because we are out if state. The pizza's were delicious! Lots of toppings! All of the employees were kicking butt, considering how busy they were! Wish they were in Michigan! Excellent!!!
They are an hour away from where we live (n the Canton location too), but we drive the hour just for their pizza it's that Good. I've told them they should open a location closer to us (which is Warren, Youngstown, Sharon area). I tell everyone I know about them.⭐
Bad experience. Poorly made pizza with way too few ingredients. Rude staff must get a bonus for using as few toppings as possible. Not a surprise the place was empty on a Saturday night.
Visited from a rural community where I had never heard of Blaze. Filthy counter, touching counter and food, touching keyboard and food, all with the same gloved hand. Overall unwelcoming and unatentative staff who didn't care it was my first time and didn't help me through it. Cocky and derisive male who acted like he was a manager, who just let my soggy pizza sit there only to say "it will be longer because i forgot to heat up your cookie" what a dunce. I asked for a refund for the cookie only as I had to go and he refused! Paid around 15.00 for this experience.
