This place is a cash only restaurant, recently they have had Diet Pepsi as a canned drink option which I think is a good thing, also I have recently learned that they deliver, they have a restroom at this location that to date has been kept clean, and for those of you looking for a job they are hiring, I look forward to going to this place each time I do so and I encourage others to try it out

I called in today to place an order for 50 wings. The menu makes it clear that you can get 2 sauces in an order of 50.When I called, I asked if it would be possible to get 2 sauces, but to get a smaller number of wings in the second sauce. My daughter asked for wings for her birthday and I’m the only one that likes hot wings and didn’t want 25 of them.The lady who took my order said this was fine. When I came in to pick up my order the man who waited on me made it a point to proclaim that orders of 50 could only be split into two flavors. When I explained that I only wanted two flavors, I was told that "plain" was the 3rd flavor. I pointed out that I didn't want any plain and once it was realized that was a mistake on their part it was emphasized that the 2 flavors had to be split equally 25 and 25 next time.It was clearly known that I asked when I called in to place the order and was told this was okay and yet for some reason this was still such a massive inconvenience that it was necessary to make sure that I never ever did this again. Give me a break.I could understand it if I attempted to do something to cause the business money, but this is ridiculous -- especially at the prices they charge. The wings were great, but I'll be making sure not to inconvenience them in the future...by taking my business elsewhere.
Zero stars really.$60 for terrible, over cooked wings.A salad that has 3 day old chicken.I am pretty sure this is the worst food in Cranberry.I’ve been to three bsbs. They are all terrible. Do not eat here or any of there rushed under developed franchises.
First time here. I had the medium garlic parm wings and some kind of sausage parm hoagie (not sure the name). Wings were perfect… nice size, cooked crispy. Hoagie was out of this world good.
Very rude person on the phone claiming to be the general manager would not except a 40 dollar gift certificate that expired a month ago we are talking a gift certificate not a coupon he compared it to a car warranty told him to shove my order up his u know where called ellwood city location and was told that they would accept it so I took my 120 dollar order there ps I own a small business and if a car part is a month out of warranty I would certainly make it right for the customer
Not sure how they are staying in business charging $27 for 13 wing dings. Highest prices around.
We love to get their wings. So many flavors. This time we tried their hoagies. Very good.
Quality food! Fresh cooked and crispy wings cannot be beat!
Terrific food, wings, burgers, hoagies fries, everything is great. Staff is just as awesome!
