Wife daughter and I went in, only ones there. The guy working the register didn’t understand a kids meal, rang it up as the separate food. Then struggled when I asked to add lettuce to it. Told him not to worry about it, not that big of a deal. Then the rang up the order missing things. We were the only ones there, and drive through was empty, still tons of dirty tables. This place went down hill. Looks pretty since the renovation, but the money would have been better spent in hiring different staff.
I’m not usually a person who complains but this is the third time this has happened. I ordered a meal and a small order of jalapeño bits with 2 bronco berry sauce. The first time it happened I just said oh well and forgot about. The 2nd time I caught the omission of the bronco berry sauce because I’ve been checking the order before I leave the parking lot. I went back and got my sauce and made a bit of a fuss. Today I was in a hurry to get home and didn’t think to check the order. When I got home I checked the order and no bronco berry! I decided I would call and go back to get my sauce (20 miles round trip!) by the time I got back home everything was cold and greasy. The manager i spoke to on the phone apologized but the attitude of the employees was nothing. No I’m sorry or anything. I don’t no how much you’re paying these incompetent persons, whatever it is it’s too much. Moral of the story. Check your order. The people who work here don’t care.
"Arby's we have the meat" Not at this Arby's!! FOUR times we have tried to get food from here and have only been successful ONE time. Here are the pictures from our meal.Two times they were out of roast beef (including this visit with the pictures), one time they were closed before 10pm, which is what the website says their closing time is for this location and finally another time their headsets were not working and could not take orders? What happen to paper pencil orders?Now, please look at our meal: half wrapped fish sandwich, small fries half empty, and a prime rib sandwich for $7.99 that has half meet and no dipping sauce.Corporate has been contacted.
I love arbys but everytime i go through the drive through i never receive any napkins....four meals and no napkins.
With only 3 employees work, they did a fantastic job. I didn't catch the young mans name, but he was sincere and appreciative!
The mint chocolate shakes are amazing but the Buffalo chicken sandwiches are? to much hot sauce and mayo.
Arby's is the best fast food place to eat very friendly and always nice and clean great deals
None of the sauces I asked for were in the bag. ? one job……
My husband and I went in here after lunch crowd around 3pm...we had 2 people ahead of us.. we stood there for at least 25 min and were up next...still waiting, the poor lady behind register was doing everything..with no help...we still waited, then a lady with 2 bags from drive threw and had wrong order..we finallyeft...what a joke when you are up next and still know it will be another half hour. Pretty bad! And people standing in water everywhere!!!
This place is painfully slow! The food is excellent, the workers are always friendly but the wait time is ridiculous! We have been sitting in this drive thru today for 40 minutes!!
