Did a food run for my brother. 2-20 piece chicken nuggets, 3 med fries. Ordered sweet n sour sauce, & honey mustard sauce. Got to the pay window, handed 2, $20 bills to the cashier. Waited a few seconds, then when change wasn't handed to me, looked a little closer, and she was texting on her phone instead of getting my change. Got to the pick up window, got handed a full bag. Checked inside, all the fries were on top, fished out 4 Ranch sauces, handed them back and said, this isn't what I ordered. Repeated the sauces I wanted. Got back to our business only to find that instead of 2-20 piece nuggets, I was given 2-10 piece nuggets. Called the store, then went back. Manager ran out the back door & met me...Thank You! Ought to be giving gas money to customers who have to drive back to get their CORRECT order!!!

Very unsanitary... Walked in to get lunch for me and my wife and while waiting I saw a man with no gloves on putting nuggets and fries into the containers...kinda gross. But the part that made me leave was when he wiped his nose with his fingers and continued putting fries and nuggets into containers... Wouldn't recommend. The waiting area and kitchen also were not clean.
This is how they served my son's double stack burger, complete with a disgusting moldy bun. You all should be ashamed. Also, not one employee was wearing a mask during the height of COVID Omicron.
It is good if you want fast and easy. It isn't five stars but you have something in your stomach. If you can't or don't want or need to eat greasy food then I would not go but if it doesn't matter stop if you need to save time and don't have a lot of money. So far all of the people who have waited on us have been friendly. Occasionally we don't get something the way we ordered it or get it at all. Like anywhere you get the good with the bad. If something is wrong call and they usually try to make up for their mistake.
This Wendy's was very friendly we had a little birthday party thing with one of our grandchildren they treated us really well food was very good

Went to Wendy’s to get breakfast this morning. I didn’t catch the woman’s name at the window but she was very wonderful and friendly! The food was perfect and hot!
I was in-and-out of the drive-through in 90 seconds seconds that's fast and the new fries are amazing better than any McDonald's have
Went thru drive-thru. Got home and order was wrong. No lettuce, tomato or pickles on any burgers. Only onions. Sodas were flat.
