Went to cancel my online order but it wasn’t going through due internet being down from a storm. Called and made them aware. They acted like they didn’t want bothered. Saw my card was charged anyway. Have been calling them for a straight hour and no one picks up! Reported to corporate.
Tried the chicken honey biscuit and potatoes, was very good and hot and fesh
I love getting the chilli. It's always delicious. My baked potato was not over or under cooked. All together my entire order was really delicious
There was nobody in the line. The man at the window seemed beaten down. If so, the 2 star loss comes at the expense of poor management.
I just paid $3.49 for bacon,egg and cheese biscuit. Half a piece of bacon. Never again! Inflation or not,I will not be ripped off again.
I have had multiple issues coming here and I stopped for so long. Well after a day of work I stopped by around 530pm and I knew something was gonna be wrong with how my order was taken to start. As I sat waiting on my order, just a double #1, I figured maybe it’s going to be fresh… wrong I get home and my burger is red!!! Half cold except edges!!! I’m just home from work I should not have to go back for my food to be fixed I guess this it it… no more
Good customer service
Had to repeat each item twice for order. Touch less soda machine did not work. Had to return for receipt. Ordered a double burger received a single. Just a poor experience.
for being short staffed they did a good job of waiting on us and the food was hot and special order was correct
I want to give a huge thank you to mike for my daughters toy that he personally gave her out of his car! There is not many people that will volunteer there own belongings. Thank you so much again mike! My daughter LOVES it!
