Usually this Taco Bell has the rudest employees and slow wait times. Tonight was different. I had ordered from the app and when I got to taco bell a lady name Camille which I’m assuming might have been the manager was so kind and friendly. She informed that the fryers had an issue and they couldn’t give me what I ordered. She offered for me to get anything else I’d like to make up for the things I could not get. While someone else made my food she kept conversation with me with a smile! We need more workers like her and this Taco Bell would always been great!
Ya know, there are fast food places that when kids are working it's usually not as good as when adults are there, but taco bell in Chambersburg, on Lincoln way, was the BEST! There was a young man working at the window, he actually checked my order, and verbally confirmed my order, then ask me if I wanted taco sauce, I said " please a whole bunch of regular and hot "as I like to mix them and usually put at least four packs on each taco. He was so sweet and so polite, he said " yes ma'am " smiled and he actually gave exactly a whole bunch! I even had 3 packs extra...which by the way NEVER USUALLY HAPPENS IN THE DRIVE THRU! I was staying in Chambersburg for a little over a week, AND I ATE THERE TWICE, both times were awesome! Thanks KIDDO'S! AND EXCELLENT JOB!
I ordered 3 Supreme soft tacos. They were cold like they just came out of the fridge. No sauce that I asked for. Long wait in drive-thru. Haven't been there for a while and won't be back.
Food was good everyone working seem happy. I heard the manager say congrats to all the employees for a great job today. I like that employees need to be Thank.
I come occasionally to thus location since it's the only one in Chambersburg and I'd rather not have to drive all the way to Shippensburg for the next closest. I understand how much stress fast-food workers have been under since the pandemic began, however I still think customers should be treated with respect not verbally abused. Twice in a row I've been disrespected. Not good.
Taco Bell is usually pretty good, but it sucks from here. Each time we’ve ordered from here, they forget to hold the sour cream on our burritos, or don’t even add ANY sauce on the cheesy gorditas or chipotle chicken melts. Kind of disappointed.
Absolutely garbage.... "fast food"? Nonexistent. Getting an order right? Never that. The only thing this location is good for is taking 45min per car to and buying a drink. 6 months I've lived here and I'll rather drive to Shippensburg or Green Castle. This location I'll only go to for drinks from now on and I guarantee they'll probably be flat or seltzer water when I do. ?? Waffle House has better server.
Our sons birthday. Only thing he wanted was Taco Bell. We waited 30 mins…. Still no food. He still was set on Taco Bell. Another 15 mins we got food. It was cold, items missing, and not one order correct. Never coming to the Chambersburg location again. The manager heard many customers complaining but still sat in a booth at the back of the store. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Food is usually fine, but don't ever stop here if you don't have 20minutes to wait in the drive up line. Yikes. Enough to make me drive down the road somewhere else if I'm actually hungry.
Absolute joke. "Fast food" doesn't exist here. It's tacos for christ sake, how long does it take to squeeze a tube of minced meat and cheese. Waited 25 minutes in line just to end up leaving not wanting to wait any longer. Understaffed is no longer an excuse for this. Hire employees who are motivated to get the job done at a decent efficiency. Not half of them out having smoke breaks. Cut the menu down if it's too much also, shouldn't need to be done but something needs changing.
