I’m normally not a Starbucks fan, however I can say I’m leaning towards Starbucks more and more bc of the staff and options. Most of the time I only hit the drive through but we’ll worth my $ and time to help jumpstart my day. Their breakfast food is always hot. Why not stop before I hit the highway! Best staff I have ever experienced at any Starbucks.
The Chambersburg Starbucks has one of the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. They continue to provide superb service to their customers.
The employees here are the best! So friendly and really know how to treat customers! I come here almost every weekday and the employees make my morning better besides provide me with my coffee fix.
Honestly I think that it would be a great idea if they switched Starbucks and Five guys around cause if you even try to park at five guys you get blocked in or you can't leave after eating at Fiveguys.

Went through the drive through and he miss understood the order, missed one item. He immediately corrected it and gave it to us on the house for the inconvenience. Thank you!
Drink was right. But we waited an HOUR inside to get a drink....I was late for work.
Of course it's a coffee shop so they have tons of choices of coffee but they also have sandwiches like panini's and other things about snack size. No full course meals really. I believe the coffee here is less sweet than the coffee at Dunkin. Also, if you don't like coffee, they only have a few other choices for instance the vanilla bean frappuccino doesn't have coffee in it and it's kind of just like a milkshake. Same thing with the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino but for some reason it still tastes like coffee to me somehow. Almost as if it has a hint of coffee in it so I don't really know about it. Their customer service is pretty good here all in all but I don't really think the whole place deserved a 5 star. I mean the place isn't amazing but it's almost all there is.
Plan on getting screwed out of your time & money. Waited over 25 minutes in the drive up. The way the other cars were in line, it was not safe to exit around. I called to cancel my order due to having to run out of time. Was told I could get a refund ONLY IF I was still on the premises! I asked for a gift card to mailed. Sorry not possible! Also, if you and sort of coffee flavor, you have to add espresso shots. If not you will get watered down coffee. If you order a latte, be prepared for watered down milk!
