I ordered delivery and NONE of my items were right AND the food looked disgusting. I urge whoever management is to look into getting new employees because even when I go through the drive thru it takes no less than 40 minutes every time because the workers simply do not know how to do their job. This was gross there’s what looks to be food on the inside of my milkshake brim AND the whipped cream looks like someone dipped their finger in it and had a taste, something that wouldn’t have happened if they actually covered the tops before they sent orders out. UNACCEPTABLE.
We ordered two of the Honey BBQ popcorn chicken meals in a large, and ended up getting a small combo for both meals. They charged us for a large though and didn’t give us a receipt. By the time we realized it, it was too late. Also, when they handed us our drinks they were spilled all over the top and side. The chicken was all stale and cold breading chunks with no chicken inside, and we couldn’t even poke it with the forks. Never going back!!!
Food was really good but..... we went through the drive-thru and while they were open the workers were spray a pressure washer inside next to the food while it was being made. They then wiped the cup lids down after they were full of drink so they werent soaked for the customer. That is horribly gross to me. I almost pulled away but probably wont be going back. Water was going everywhere, I never saw anything like it.
Incredibly disappointed. We knew that this sonic does take a long time for the drive through, so we placed an online order so we wouldn’t have to wait. We got there and immediately had issues with the website being unable to check us in, maybe it’s just not user friendly but eventually it accepted that we in fact were there and then we proceeded to wait 10 minutes more for our order that we had already placed 15 minutes ago despite watching multiple cars got through the drive through. Well we got our food and… it wasn’t good. It had clearly been sitting waiting to be delivered for a bit (the Cheese on my tots was congealed). The eggs on the burrito were so grimy from a grill that could have used a clean many moons ago that my husband literally could not finish it. However, the slushy‘s and drinks are actually quite good even though they forgot the one and we had to ask for it. And the single employee that we encountered was quite lovely. She was doing a good job but they clearly just needed some more help. So sonic incorporated if you’re reading this just hire some more employees and pay them decently and bring back your rollerskates please. thank you
We ordered over their app and watched the drive through line build and then get service. We Pre-paid over the app but they can serve people who have not paid yet. Waited for over 25 mins and even pressed the button and got told our food will be out as soon as possible. It took over 40 mins to get our food very disappointed in the service here. If you have 30+ mins to wait after doing a online order to save money then this is your place! Haha won’t be coming here for a long time very mad.
Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes never got my order taken. Terrible and slow service.
So unfortunate that this is the only sonic near me . The service here sucks , the wait times are long , the staff isn’t the friendliest and nobody cares. Very disappointing especially because I love sonic.
Had the best fast food burgers I've had in awhile! The freezes are also pretty good!
Went to this one and was just wanting 2 cookie dough sonic blasts. Got there to the drive through at 830 they do not close untill 9. I wait at the speaker for 5 mins no response. I pull around to the drive in part push the button the girl said they are not taking drive up orders to go to the drive through . I drive back around and order then she said that they had cleaned the ice cream machine and can't get ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous. I was so mad. This is the second time I've had issues with this one after 8 o'clock ridiculous.
This place is a joke. First off the workers hide from you. This is the 3 time coming here and there is always an excuse that they can't sell you a milkshake. First time the machine didn't work, second time the machine didn't work. Now they didn't have bananas. I don't recommend this place. I will never visit this location again. Lazy workers that don't want to do their jobs. If I owned this franchise I would clean house and hire teens who wanted to work.
