We eloped and were hitting the road for our honeymoon the same evening so we decided to get our first married dinner from RR cause we love it. I ordered 2 veggie burgers and extra fries and we picked them up on our way to the highway so we ate while on the way. I was missing the fries, no biggie, I can deal, but we were charged $8 extra for impossible patties instead of veggie and they were the most revolting things we had ever tasted. It was extremely disappointing. Please make sure your employees know the difference and give the customer what they ask for.I will say, This is only the second time I’ve had a truly cruddy experience here, the first was a milkshake exploded all over me from the glass shattering because the employee took a hot glass from the dishwasher and made a cold drink in it immediately. Bad news. And we were never offered a comp or anything. They told us they didn’t know what to do. They even charged me extra for the replacement. But these are kind of big deals. We love RR and keep returning for now. I just hope this isn’t going to be a new normal and hopefully these types of things can be addressed and fixed??
The staff is rude. The manager on duty was not nice when my carry out dinner was wrong. I had to throw it out. We will never go back. I just want a refund. I'm gluten sensitive. Ordered no bun and got gluten. This is the third time. A few months ago asked for no cheese for our dairy sensitive son. Got a cheeseburger. And the staff gets nasty.
I ordered on line and this will be the last time. Three times it's been wrong. The wait staff is mean including management. I ordered no bun and no fried crispy batteed onions on my whisky BBQ. Got both. I'm glisten free. Tossed my dinner in the trash. Again.........
I hadn't been to Red Robin in years. I decided to take my children and I on a lunch outting and we stopped in here. It was not crowded, very clean and you could smell the delicious food in the air. My kids were so excited about this being their first time eating there. We sat down, ordered drinks first and our server was very accommodating and polite. She was very nice to my children and she had it under control. We didn't wait too long for our food to be delivered to our table. It was hot and fresh and our burgers were seasoned to perfection. The kids really enjoyed the bottomless steak fries, they had about 2 or 3 helpings of them. Afterwards the kids and I were full so we didn't order dessert. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others to check out.
I have enjoyed Red Robin's evolving menu, and my most recent experience there was a good one. I ordered the turkey BLT, and while I thought there was a bit too much mayo on the sandwich, it was very delicious. If I order that sandwich again, I'll simply ask for less mayo.My only criticism is that there is a lack of variety in the types of beer they have on draft. It was too IPA/Lager heavy with no red, porter, or stout options on draft. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and look forward to returning.
Food was great, service was great, staff are friendly, restaurant was clean, food came in a timely manner.
Honestly of all the burger places in town, red robin is the best I've had. Everything is always fresh and hot, the meat itself is good, doesn't taste full of fillers or anything like that. Service is quick, the food is better than fudruckers and the prices are better than five guys. They also offer a rewards system that really helps save money if you go often.
We eat at Red Robin regularly. They should rename the Grilled Chicken Salad to accurately reflect what you are actually getting: a bowl of lettuce and a small piece of chicken.Save yourself some money and just go to the Giant Super Market salad bar.The last time I checked, they knew what a cucumber or pepper is.
Service was not the best. They were not that busy and only say our server 3 times. When he brought the drinks, took our food order and when he brought out the food. Never checked back to see if we needed drinks refilled or the bottomless fries need refilled. Fries were about a small handful and burger tasted like a frozen patty that McDonald’s would have tasted better. Not our best experience there.
Lovely evening with daughter, son-in-law and my adorable red- headed grandson. Food was yummy fries great. We shared the mousse ice cream dessert. Servers were on it. All around a good time. First time for me. I'll be back.
