The new Lobster topped Stuffed Flounder was excellent. It is my new favorite on the menu.
the food was cold. I asked for a box to go and never got it. Too hot, I think heat was on.
The food here is typically on point. The biscuits are well worth it any time you visit Red Lobster! I selected the Mariners Feast. I thought everything was good but wanted the flounder to be great. I mean, that's the headline of the feast. I expected my mouth to explode with spices and flavors. However, the fried flounder was minimally seasoned and was disappointingly bland. The shrimp trio dish was on point. All 3 shrimp specialties were legit. The ONLY bad thing, and I mean REALLY bad thing, was the rice. Yuck! It was literally rock hard and prevented me from giving them a 5 in addition to the bland flounder. Food came out fast.
Experience Was awful The Portions On The Plate Were Measly & the Food Was Cold -shrimp tasted as if it had Been Sitting There for some time.. (As We had been) Asked the Waitress for Straws Which Weren't Delivered Till 13min later After Having Asked for it the 2nd Time. Ive Been To Several Red Lobsters This One Was Not Worth The time nor Money Spent.

Food was great! We did have to wait quite awhile until our waitress showed. Once she got to our table she blamed the seater for not telling her we were in her section. Unprofessional in my opinion but we moved past that. The rest of the night our waitress Amber flirted with my boyfriend in front of me. She did this every time she came to our table. I’ve never had this happen before so I was very shocked. That is why I felt the need to leave the review. Blaming other staff members and flirting with customers?Very unprofessional behavior.
Our waitress was wonderful. Some of the food was not as we remembered, but I believe substitutions were made due to availability. It was all well cooked and tasted great.
We had dinner here tonight and our waitress was Robbie. She went above and beyond to make our experience most enjoyable! Very sweet, kind and very quick. When she told us her age I was shocked. She definitely didn’t show it! Just want to give her a huge thank you! She was one of a kind! The food was delicious also!
My brother, girlfriend, & I had a great time here. We hadn't been to Red Lobster in a while, but none the less the experience and customer service was immaculate. The food was outstanding and I would highly recommend this restaurant to those wanting seafood & a positive, friendly enviroment. I will definitely be dining here in the future.
Our evening started out well enough. Maira our waitress was polite, personable and seemed ready to take care of us. That was the case until our food came. Then she didn't come back until we were almost finishing our meal. We had to ask for refills on our drinks from who happened to be the manager passing by. After our meal ended we were instructed to use those presto kiosks to check out. Our credit card declined which we found out was an actual problem with the card. When we tried to us our gift cards the machine kept repeating the same steps over and over. We had to wait for 40 minutes until they were able to check us out using a credit card and gift cards. This was absolutely ridiculous. We were going back to a local town about 30 minutes away from the restaurant and could have been home and then some by the time they were able to straighten this out. The manager while she apologized did not seem at all sympathetic. We will not be back again. Red Lobster needs to train their waiters and waitresses to stop back and check in on the tables during the meal. They also need to get rid of those table top check out system which in the day of covid I can't believe they still have them. Anyhow, another restaurant that is off our list. Good luck if you decide to go to this restaurant.
