Staff was friendly, Hostess told us 20 min wait, after watching 3 families leave that were on the list before us, we waited 50 minutes to be seated, I spent a total of 2 hours in Perkins for "breakfast" that turned into lunch. I know they are understaffed but no one was hustling either. Servers had 3 tables at once (from what I could tell)... I used to bartend and serve up to 6 tables myself at the same time.
Early morning visit. We had to wait for 20 mins to sit. Looked around and over 15 empty tables available. Breakfast was cold even though hot food was ordered. Manager was running his head off while 3 of waitstaff stood around chatting with each other.
Our meals were good. Services was slow.They need help and they are hiring.

Went there tonight with my fiancé & i had gotten pot roast & it was literally nothing but fat i couldn't eat it & it was burnt ... the gravy was so dark like coal & strong tasting ??? my fiancé & i ended up sick after eating this food & my banana cream pie was filled with black bananas ?? super disappointed but i do have to say our waitress was super nice & was checking in often but we will NEVER be back

Had beef stroganoff and it was delicious. Waitress was excellent and we had an enjoyable time eating our meal. We even took an orange cranberry muffin home with us to eat later...yum!!!
Nice place. Slow service. Super nice host and server. Pancakes had a different taste than normal, but we ate them anyway.
Service is friendly though sometimes slow lately, food is good, place is fairly clean, though clientele can be rough.
The food was a 0/10. Ordered the crepe with vanilla custard inside and it was sour... My mom and I ordered the same meal too and she had twice the amount of eggs on her plate than I did. We left hungry. Service was as good as it could be with short staffing, but we will not be returning.
