I just wanted to share that we had exceptional service at the Olive Garden in Chambersburg Pennsylvania today! I called 2 weeks ago and told them that I would be bringing approximately 25 guests For a birthday party celebration. They called me today to confirm and when we showed up they had everything ready in their back area. Our 2 servers, Blake and Melissa were extremely polite and professional. The food was good and everyone had a good time. They even sang and brought out a beautiful dessert which was unexpected. We just want to share this positive experience as this was our 1st time at this location and we will certainly be back and would recommend this establishment for future parties or event! They really made our evening special!
We celebrated Mother's Day. We ordered chicken marsala, disappointed bc there were literally three mushrooms with no taste of marsala. We ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli and the sauce had no taste. We packed two orders of that up and took it home to redo it with flavor! My one daughter had the black tie dessert and it was nearly $7 for one slice. We waited a good 25-30 minutes just to get our appetizer, which was the spinach artichokes dip. Our salad and bread sticks were out long before the dip finally arrived. Yet, the manager came to our table to report how well things were going in the kitchen..smh..Olive Garden is not as good as it used to be. Very expensive for hit or miss flavor in food. My husband got the cheese tortellini Alfredo with grilled chicken and at $19 his had the flavor.
It's been a long time since my last visit to Olive Garden, and I'm trying to figure out why? In Chambersburg PA for my niece's graduation from Wilson College. I typically take my own photos of meals, but I was so hungry I couldn't wait. They salad was a awesome as I remember! And who doesn't like pasta underneath marania sauce! The service was wonderful and we couldn't ask for a better end to the weekend. Keep up the good work OG!!!
Best service and best food and welcoming atmosphere. I feel i dont need to explain further just go eat there for yourself. Give it a chance as you should with all places.
the food takes time to be delivered, but it is because of the number of people, anyway they give you a dish to start and then whatever you have ordered, the attention of the waiters is good and the menu is very rich.
I got very sick about 2 hours after n have been sick since Saturday and this is Tuesday, not sure if it was food poisoning from salad or from shrimp. It literally took about 10 minutes for our main meal to get to us, which I thought was fast, and unexpecting, especially for shrimp to get done and be done. I have no desire to eat there any time soon.
Excellent server. She checked on us numerous times as well as her other customers. Answered questions very well about take for me.
Food was great. Gotta try the new shrimp appetizer. Servers were awesome.
What a horrible service! Server was not doing her job as is suppose to. I know how things work at Olive Garden because I use to work at another Olive Garden. Apparently Sidney C was mad or something else that should not be reflected at the work environment. We have to take the flat sodas to the hostess at the front desk because we ask her to change them for that reason we were waiting and waiting… and waiting… We paid for unlimited sodas, soup and breadsticks but she doesn’t even offer it. She just removed plates and put the check “at the end” over the table. Too bad!!!!!!
Had a gift card to use so we stopped for.lunch Had been here for a whileI had Fettuccine Alfredo my husband had Spaghetti and Meatballs food was delicious and reasonable prices the server we had was terrific ??
