Best custard in Chambersburg! Period! And probably the surrounding states. I prefer custard over ice cream but Meadows is a must stop kind of place. Their custard birthday cakes are dangerous, they don't last long in this household.

Great frozen custard, and their Italian ice is superb. Specifically, the mango and peach flavors are delicious.
