Viciously slow, needed fast food due to kids activities, was late. Do not depend on fast service, you will be disappointedTook almost half an hour to get food, I should have frequented a local sit down restaurant and kept my money in the local area.
I was served by a girl with bright red hair in a braid. I am not quite sure what her name was because her name tag didn’t have a name. I had asked for some sauces and she cursed at me and threw the sauces into my car window. It was extremely rude and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this McDonald’s unless you want to be treated like you don’t matter. Please do something about this.
Terrible just terrible i only like the shamrock shakes. They always add gross stuff so I don't rlly eat when we get McDonald's. Also the chicken nuggets are processed disgusting place. I know its fast food and all but its awful
First time in MONTHS i try this place and what happens?? I get charged 22.55 for a 3.18 purchase of 1 small fry and a mcdouble... Supposed to be 2 for 3 but noo they dont check to make sure they are charging the correct amount to the correct person. Definitely need to get better training for this building. Not hard to make sure ur charging the correct person!!!???? never again will i come back and i definitely dont recommend this place to anyone
The last several times I've gotten food at this location it has been cold. Today I waited in the drive thru while I was skipped over twice before I went inside. I let the cashier know what happened and she got the manager. The manager proceed to do nothing about it. She didn't offer a discount or coupons for a future visit. Poor customer service and poor food quality the last several times. I will not go back to this location. I recommend either the location on route 11 or route 30 in Chambersburg if you want to go to McDonald's.
Ordered on the app and was not able to check in on the app once at the restaurant. I gave them the code number for my order 4 times and they “couldn’t find it.” I had already been charged, so I requested a refund if they weren’t going to fulfill the order and the clerk began cussing me out and refused to give me the food or a refund. I ordered and paid for my food AGAIN and found the below in my McChicken. This place is clearly tampering with food and putting bodily fluids into the food of unsuspecting customers because they’re too lazy to look up mobile orders or issue a refund. Disgusting!!!
The person working drive thru today I think his name is Aden he is really good at his job he is so kind! Great experience over all but I can’t get over how nice he was to me
I ordered a Delux Crispy Chicken sandwich. I have to admit that the chicken as a whole tasted good. Theres just somethings I don’t understand. Why do we get 3 pounds of lettuce, and 1 small tomato. I actually only order this sandwich because its 100% better than the original Mcchicken. I just wish it was made better, like someone was like “hey this tomato is mini, let me add one that is more than one bite, to really balance this sandwich” but, its still a better Mcdonalds in the area.
Ok this mcdonalds is absolutley pathetic. The other evening i went to this store scotland mcdonalds by the chambersburg mall and had very poor service. The red head girl with glasses is a joke for one. Very rude. Couldnt say her name because there was no name tag on her. She was not wearing a hat. She was extremely so rude to her coworkers. I placed my order inside the store on the touch screen menu because i stood at the register to order for 10 minuites and no body came to the register. After i had placed my order the red head girl woth glasses working at night called my number laid my bag of food on the counter an before i even made it up there she rushed away. Didnt ask me if i needed anything. So AGAIN i waited 5 minutes to ask for some salt and ranch. As well she was very rude about it and disnt ask if i needed anything else before rushing off. Now tonight on January 15 i went to McDonald's to grab a quick bite to eat at exactly 10:45 pm and the store was closed? Ok well the window says 11 pm is when they close and online says 1 am. So i sat there. Signs still on and waited to order. No one answered on the ordering machine. So i pulled up to the window to check times and it says 11 pm. Again it was only 10:45 pm at this time. Very disappointed and discusted with this mcdonalds. Its a joke. Food isnt the greatest either because passed two times my boyfriend and i got from there the bread for the sandwiches were dry and not fresh at all.

Pretty sad when the signs are false advertisment saying closes 11 pm but really closes when ever there staff chooses to like 10:45 pm. Several people are upset about the red head girl with glasses at night working. Wouldn't be surprised if it was her tonight and closed early. Complete laziness and total disrespect.
