I'd recommend just not ordering a big Mac. The last one I got here was cold this one's all bottoms. I hope someone didn't get all tops. I even heard what I thought was the manager saying make sure it doesn't have onions so I guess that meant no lettuce too. lol who knew she should have been checking the bread.
Hit and miss, one week food came out in a reasonable time, the next week, understaffed which I get it would be slow, but just no communication to customers inside building, just focused on the drive thru it seemed.
Just went through drive through. It was fast and the employees were nice.
Did not get any meat on my sandwich, very slow, food on floor.
Great when in a fix for food. I only like the big mac. Their shakes used to be great.
It is so mine numbingly slow here. I am not sure why. It took on average more than 5 minutes per car in the drive through. This had become normal here. I don't understand it at all.
French fries were cold and tasted like rubber. Prices are crazy..
Used the app and very slow service.it was almost 20 minute wait. Not my idea of fast food. The order was correct so that's what got the 4 stars
Sat in line for 20 minutes before leaving. Not the first time it has happened at this location seems prices have gone up and the service has gone down.
When I walked in there was a line waiting to place there order there was a line wrapped around the place I waited 15 mins to place my order there were people that had paid just threw there tickets on the counter I waited 15 mins more for my food. I ordered the big breakfast I went to the table to eat it eggs we're cold I get a spoon to eat pancakes with no salt or pepper worse meal ever. I don't mean to sound on great ful but when i pay for a service I what service I payed for.
