Ordered at the Kiosh machine and said I wanted to pay at counter. I had to yell to the clerks after waiting several minutes that I wanted to be served and pay for my order. It appears that more and more fast service places are more interested to catering to their drive-thru more than people that don't want to waste their fuel waiting in their running fuel wasting vehicles.
Easter breakfast. Place was clean, service fast and correct plus the order taker was friendly. She even came to our table to check on us.
I always go to this McDonald’s. There is one employee there that really sticks out to me. I come in and he’s always managing everything so perfectly and working so well under the stress and pressure of the fast food industry. His name tag says his name is Daniel. He always welcomes me with a smile and really values the customers. He always get my food out to me very quickly as well. All of the employees are pretty good there but he really sticks out to me. Definitely the best McDonald’s in Chambersburg.
Unbelievably slow. More than a 15 minute wait for a 6 piece nugget and small fries! On top of slow service, they got a simple order wrong.
Personnel were very friendly and they noticed we had a dog offered a cup of whip cream for her, so adorable and ❤️ the idea awesome. Also there were a couple of ducks walking around in the rear of parking lot also very cool. The food and service was excellent very prompt
The worst service I've ever seen, slow as molasses then had my order screwed up. I'll never eat at McDonald's again what a joke. Order the number 7 combo meal plus 2 ? and a medium fry, only received one fry , was told my them l only ordered one fry. P.S. don't fry's and a soda come with a combo. Totally F- Up.
Fries were cold got a double cheeseburger just ketchup and pickles and they put onions also 2 plain chicken which had mayonaise and lettuce my whole dinner for 27. Was ruined cause you cant get your orders right ty
I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal - 4d. Instead i recieved the $1.00 spicy chicken and uncooked fries. Ive had nothing to eat today. The sandwich is cold and gross. Its midnight and im going to bed hungry thanks to these place.
Y’all really gave me a Big Mac with no patties. I can’t wait till they replace you with robots.
30 dollars for 3 big mac meals medium size. Very upsetting. So just got 3 big macs. Used to be able and get a value meal for a value. Not no more..
