The Italian sub is always wonderful. Everything is fresh cut while you watch them make your sandwich. I noticed a framed picture of what appeared to be logos or stamps of a lot of different Jersey Mike's locations through the years. Every one of them had this little squiggly mark on it as if it was a trademark or something. The workers at the restaurant could not tell me what the squiggly Mark is. If anyone else knows please share. I will post a picture. When I use the Google lens to look for the item I get pictures of snakes and I know it's not that.
I'm a sandwich guy. I love a well made sandwich and Jersey Mike's does not disappoint. The pricing is right for the value, and you have hot, cold, wrap and salad options on the menu.I love that this location is always clean, and the staff is friendly. It can get pretty busy in there, so if you go inside, be patient.Oh, and if you like the vegetables that come when you get it "Mike's Way" I highly recommend it. Especially for what is known as the 'juice'; a tangy oil based dressing that really makes the sandwich zip! Of course you can bypass the 'juice' if that's not your thing and just get the rest loaded on.Try them out if you haven't yet. I'm confident you'll enjoy the experience!
It's hard to go wrong with choosing any subs on their menu. The subs are so incredibly fresh and blow away other chains specializing in subs. It's typically a quick in and out with a friendly super efficient staff. Well done!
Second time I have been here now, once with my son and then again with the whole family. Awesome subs and only heightened by the fact that they put bacon on almost everything. When it comes to the sandwiches they pile on the meat and cheese, definitely enough to fill even the hungryest of hungry. I like what they have done with the toppings as well by keeping it simple with the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and if you like it a little hot jalapeños. Most chain sandwich shops over do it on the toppings to hide the fact that they give you little helpings of meat and cheese and up charge you for more. The employees atleast at this particular location are top notch and on the ball. It was smack dab in the height of the lunch rush when we came in and once again unlike some other chain sandwich shops I have been to lately everyone was hard at work. Everyone was doing their job making sure that every order was filled and filled right. I personally was preoccupied with snapping some good pics and they still got my sandwich made quickly and correctly. This crew had just about moved the entire lunch crowd through before our departure even having time to pose for a pic after cleaning up. I asked one of the employees hiw they did it and she informed me that they had a system and from what I saw it works. I do have to mention as I do in most of my reviews that it is nice to see that all customer service oriented establishments have not gone down hill since the pandemic. Last but most certainly not least the restaurant it self was also clean and well organized including the bathrooms which even smelt good.
Just had a regular roast beef sub. VERY GOOD!.First time visiting-will definitely be back. Made perfectly-Yummy! Great job!!
Omg...$34 for 2 half subs? Maybe I'm not Bougie enough??? If slicing fresh butts makes it worth $10 more for a ham sandwich then I'm in the wrong business!!!
While visiting this Jersey Mike's in Chambersburg PA experienced great service and had 2 young gentlemen ,Dean and Mason who made us the best hoagie ever ...Awesome food great service ..This couple from Berwick PA will surely be back...P.S. also the manager you all have representing your store is class act material
Yummy subs full of meat, cheese & garden goodness. Staff is friendly & efficient! Always an excellent choice to get Jersey Mike's for dinner.
Usually does a fantastic job with our online orders. However, this last order was way off. Ordered no jalapeño peppers on 2 of my orders and they both had peppers. They weren't able to eat them. Food is always fresh and staff are professional.
Ordered through the Jersey Mikes’ app. Was delivered via Door Dash, I tend to avoid them for other reasons. Get my order and I’m missing a sandwich. I called the store, the voicemail message was, “we are two busy to answer the phone, please call later.” Sent a help request through the app. It’s been two days. No reply, I just want my $9 back. If I had known that the order was coming through Door Dash I would have never ordered through the app. As it is I can’t tell if the dasher stole my sandwich or if the store just forgot it. I did notice any negative reviews left on their Facebook page were met with rude comments by others who I could only assume are their employees. I get it it’s COVID and the holidays, but I can’t reach anyone to get a refund and that’s the reason for the low review.
