HORRIBLE MANAGER!! After going through the drive through I was missing a fry. I was greeted by a gentleman who said harshly "what do you want now?" After telling him that I didnt appreciate being spoken to that way, I just wanted a missing fry he then continued to be rude and tell me that I was "entitled" . I just paid $56 for food and wanting everything i had ordered. I then asked to speak to the manager only to find out he was the manager. He then told one of the young ladies to get my fry and he walked away.Not sure what made him mad today but taking it out on a customer who did nothing to him is NOT ok!!!

Drive thru was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Strawberry milkshake was delicious.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My family and I stopped thrue the Chambersburg, Pennsylvania location and I had placed a drive-thru order consisting of their bacon cheeseburger that included lettuce, tomatoe and onion. I had specifically requested that they OMIT the MAYONNAISE due to the fact that I am allergic to it, I instead requested to have Ketchup and mustard. Along with my order I had a small fry and a small hi-c orange drink. I had my son, and sister along with me and they all ordered the number 11, breaded chicken sandwich, one with a curly fry and the other with a reg fry. They closed the window before giving me my reciept and when i asked about recieving one the young man stated that the machine ran out of paper and was unable to print them out. So i thought well ok, i mean ive come here before anf had no issues so i thought nothing of it. When i had recieved the food i checked to make sure we had everything accounted for which we did and i pulled off to head home. Now as were on the road and were handing the food out and everyones about to eat we started to notice things wrong like they FORGOT to put BACON on my sandwhich, they added MAYONNAISE on my sandwhich which im ALLERGIC to and my sons sandwich didn't have any condiments at all! ALL of our FRIES were COLD. Now keep in mind that I don't even live in Chambersburg I stopped on my way to go home and was already on the other end of town heading outward. So I did what I thought was the next best thing and I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager, the gentlemen on the phone then told me that he was the assistant manager, so I asked his name and he said "corbin." So I proceed to tell him that I had been thrue the drive thru and I told him what I ordered and what the problem was. As I was done conveying to him what the issue was he said that there was nothing that he could do. When he said that, i calmly conveyed to him that it was NEGLIGENCE and INCOMPETENCE on THEIR behalf due to the fact that I had specified what condiments I wanted on my burger. I also let him know that all of our fried were cold and he then responded by saying, "there is nothing he could do" I then stated to him that I could give him my name and number that way when I come back to Chambersburg I can be rightfully compensated for food that I had to throw away because I could not eat it due to it being tainted with the MAYONNAISE and he tells me that the company doesn't do that and that there was nothing he can do. So I reiterated to him that I have a whole meal that I was unable to eat and my family has fries that they can't eat due to being cold, and my son couldn't eat his burger because it was dry with no condiments and the only thing "corbin" said was, "there is nothing he can do"?????so I ordered a $10 and sum change meal that I had to throw away, and I also ordered a chicken sandwich meal that we had to throw away and all off our fries were trash and I was told by MANAGEMENT that there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO? I had to stop at another establishment and spend more money to eat when I should not have! The only thing that I requested was for my money back and I got denied. This experience was horrible! I have never been treated like this at a hardees establishment and I am utterly appalled at the disrespect, negligence and incompetence displayed at this establishment this evening! I am only hoping that I can get in touch with someone in corporate to at least get compensated for my loss.

Hot fresh food. Friendly, polite staff. Will be returning for future visits. Went thru the drive thru and order was exactly as I had ordered. There was a bit of a wait, but would rather wait for hot food than get a semi warm meal not worth eating.

They messed the order all the way up. Sandwich was cold and fries were too. Gave me an instant stomach ache.

Waited in drive up line for way over 15 minutes. Frys were cool in temp., took way too long. Burger King here we come.

It's a clean restaurant with plenty of free parking. The staff was not friendly but they were efficient. We didn't wait very long for our order, which was brought to us. The Frisco Angus burger was hot, the condiments were fresh. Good bread. Hamburger was good but not anything unique in taste. Onion rings were not great. Reasonable prices.

Good food but pricey .

A little long in a drive through that we was the 2nd car in line.

Had bacon,egg & cheese biscuit & it was really good.
